This dealership runs a bait and switch scam. The price advertised is not the price, they REQUIRE you to pay an additional $2000 for a Lo-Jack 5 year subscription service. Very unresponsive and when I finally connected and asked the right questions the scam came to the surface. Run away.....

No Comment. Lacking in communication. Phone? Don’t bother. Do your homework before buying a high milage vehicle. Cars will always look good in a showroom.

I had an extremely negative experience with the sales staff. Their approach was unprofessional and did not meet reasonable standards of customer service.

I had a profoundly unacceptable experience with Paladium Autos in Anaheim, CA, which I feel compelled to share for the benefit of potential customers. The level of service was not only rude but utterly unhelpful. Initially, I inquired about a vehicle listed at a specific price, only to be subjected to a classic bait-and-switch tactic. When I pointed out the discrepancy between the advertised price and the quote I received, I was informed that the lower price was merely a "holiday pricing" scheme. This lack of honesty in their pricing practices is alarming and indicative of poor business ethics. After a test drive, I expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle at the advertised holiday price. To my dismay, I was bluntly refused. In my 35 years in the car business, I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism and respect in customer interactions. Furthermore, during the interaction, the sales manager displayed unscrupulous behavior by refusing to move the vehicle to allow my brother-in-law to leave, insisting we wait for their lot attendant instead. This demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer convenience and satisfaction. In summary, my experience with Paladium Autos was characterized by dishonesty and a shocking level of incompetence. I firmly advise against patronizing this establishment, as it reflects the worst qualities one could encounter in a car sales environment.

They are unscrupulous. At the last minute they had $999 to the price hidden as auto theft device. Google that and you'll see that it's a scam.

In house financing was needed to leave with the car, gotta be transparent with your sales people about pre approvals and what needed to get going.

This place is as greasy as it gets. Be warned. They will not return our deposit back. Our sales rep Mike did not allow us to negotiate. He also spoke over us most of the time. He was always claiming he was busy to distract us from our attempts to negotiate. He did not let who we sent over to the dealership to test drive the vehicle on the freeway. He lied saying he did not call anyone to sell the car while holding our deposit for that car. I know he called someone to sell the car because I knew the person he called! The car they were selling to us is 2x the value of the car. They ran a car loan on the person who had the worst credit score and mines was stellar. On top of it they kept asking what my relationship was with my girlfriend who is a woman. I’m a woman. So why do you have to keep asking what our relationship is? Do you have an issue with our sexual preference? How many times do I have to tell our sales person Mike that we’re (two women) who are together? Pro tip: Go read all the negative reviews and you will get your crash course 101 on dirty used car dealerships. The negative reviews are the best source of learning how to identify this dealerships behaviors of scamming, manipulating and biases and judgements about who you are or your sexual preference.

Buyer Beware. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER I purchased a 2014 Jaguar 2014 F-type. The one thing you don't want is major engine leaks from a car you just purchased. Palladium sold me a car with two major engine leaks. I was made aware the night I brought the car home. Oil on the garage floor. I notified the dealer and they told me the warranty would cover it. Take it to the Jaguar dealer. I did. They confirmed two major engine oil leaks $5800 Warranty would not cover because this was considered maintenance. Palladium told me to pay the $600 diagnostic fee and take the vehicle to their shop - they would cover the repair cost. I did. I dropped vehicle off, mechanic told me he would seek approval from Palladium for the repairs. I checked back two days later and was told car would be ready the next day. Mechanic called back and said even though Alex from Palladium told you to bring it here, he gave me his approval to do the work. He was not going to pay. It would be my expense. I reached out to Alex at Palladium, and his response "I had no ideas your Jaguar was there; I never gave an approval. No one should have to experience this level of crap from a Reputable dealer. Obviously, this is not one. Stay away. Do yourself a favor, check reviews before you purchase from this dealer. I didn't hence I'm in this situation

I recently purchased a BMW 7 Series from Palladium Autos, and I have to say that the entire experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, Robin and Alex went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, particularly with securing financing. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making what could have been a stressful process much easier. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent customer service left a strong impression on me. I truly appreciate their support in making the car-buying experience seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a hassle-free purchase and a team that really cares about their customers, I highly recommend Palladium Autos.
