From the moment I walked in we were treated very kindly and did not feel pressure to buy whatsoever. Our sales manager Tyler and salesman Brian were absolutely wonderful and made the whole process so easy. I would not hesitate referring friends or family
2014 Lexus IS 250C review
I am satisfied with my decision to buy a Lexus vs a porsche. Japanese commitment to quality control and bright red leather seats were the sales points for me. 1 odd thing tho, with this 2014 IS250C, I am confused whether this is a 2nd or 3rd gen. You'd think that the year of manufacturing would determine which was what, but the convertible seems to have been the exception and all IS-C's are 2nd generation.

MemberCar review
I have been buying cars for more than 15 years, and my experience with Robert and David was easily one of the best I have ever had. What stood out most was how fast and efficient the entire process was. From the first conversation through the paperwork and driving the car off the lot, everything moved quickly without ever feeling rushed or cutting corners. Robert and David were prepared, responsive, transparent, and respectful of my time. At no point did I feel like I was simply part of a transaction. The experience was professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable, with a clear focus on making sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. I have purchased and shopped with some of the most recognized luxury brands, including Ferrari, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz. Those experiences set a high bar, yet none matched the combination of speed, attention, transparency, and professionalism Robert and David delivered. Buying a car can easily turn into an all-day, stressful process. They made it fast, straightforward, and an absolute pleasure. Exceptional customer service is increasingly difficult to find, and this dealership truly stands apart. I would absolutely buy from Robert and David again and recommend them to anyone who values their time and wants a first-class buying experience.
2015 Lexus IS 250C review
Maybe I'm easy to please...but I doubt it. I bought this vehicle for my wife, and to be honest I tried driving it every chance I got. The hard top convertible is amazingly quiet, impressively functional (opened & closed in 7 seconds), and just all around amazing. I've never enjoyed driving a convrtible (road noise) until we purchased this vehicle. Great handling with the top up or down. Great product all around. We regret that we traded it in a couple of years ago. Should have kept it.

Schaumburg Kia review
Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

2013 Lexus IS 250C review
This car is the convertible built for us. The hard top convertible is what we wanted. The reliability of a Lexus was number 1 though. The top opens and closes faster than the Infiniti convertible (or at least in 2013). Plus more trunk room. It is economical on gas and has enough power for me (I don't race, lol)

I saw where some on complained about a top rattle. This is a no brainer Super Easy fix if needed. Open the top about half way, and you’ll see 6 hooks that hold the top in place. Wrap each hook on the bottom flat part with Duct tape and your top will never make a sound again. The notion that you have to have the top adjusted every few years is A Big loaf of Bologna! No truth to that at all. They keep taking this guy for a pocket full every time they see him coming!

2014 Lexus IS 250C review
I'm 6 foot 4 inches and I have to say...I fit well in this IS250C and comfortably. It handles corners super well and has pick up when needed. The outer body is very sporty and with my add on's such as sport spoiler, and new LED headlights, and side trims, this car looks super sporty. The interior is nice and i upgraded it so now it looks as modern as most new lexus cars. A must buy even today.

CarGet MotorsReviews
CarGet Motors review
I recently purchased a vehicle from CarGet Motors, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked through the doors, the atmosphere felt welcoming, professional, and entirely free of the high-pressure tactics you usually encounter when buying a car. The facility was clean, the inventory was impressive, and every staff member I crossed paths with was helpful and attentive.A huge part of what made this experience so seamless was working directly with Wali. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuine throughout the entire process. Wali took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions with total honesty, and guided me toward the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel rushed. His dedication to top-notch customer service truly sets a high standard for how car buying should be.When it came time to handle the financial side of things, Kevin stepped in and made what is usually the most stressful part of the day a complete breeze. Kevin was incredibly thorough, walking me through the paperwork with total transparency and clarity. He worked hard to secure great financing options and made sure I fully understood every detail of the agreement before signing anything, giving me total peace of mind. The communication and teamwork between Wali and Kevin were flawless. They coordinated everything beautifully behind the scenes, ensuring that the transition from the initial test drive to the final paperwork was quick and smooth. It was refreshing to deal with a team that values your time and actively works together to provide an efficient, stress-free transaction.I am absolutely thrilled with my new vehicle, which was handed over to me in pristine condition. CarGet Motors clearly takes great pride in the quality of their inventory and the satisfaction of their guests. They have completely redefined the dealership experience for me by anchoring their business in integrity and exceptional service. If you are in the market for a reliable vehicle and want an honest, straightforward buying process, I highly recommend visiting CarGet Motors. Make sure to ask for Wali and Kevin when you go—they are absolute professionals who go above and beyond for their clients. I will definitely be returning to them for my future automotive needs!

Quality Inventory here! Went to several used car lots and Affinity had the best vehicles by far. Sales manager and our salesman Milton were great in finding us a great interest rate to help keep our payments down. Only disappointment is purchase price was $500 more than we discussed to close deal and Doc fees were more than usual. Recommended but be sure to confirm pricing at signing.
2013 Lexus IS 250C review
This particular model is black with a red leather interior. The hardtop convertible works quietly, smoothly and quickly . With the top up interior noise is at a minimum. This vehicle has memory seats on both front seats which is very convenient. Getting into the back seat is made easier by a powered seat that comes forward to let the rear passenger get into the back easier. Rear leg room is at a premium so put your tall passenger up front! It comes with a navigation system. Push button ignition. The car came with a remainder of factory warranty. The car delivers a great ride on the road and is fun to drive.

Lexus of Wesley ChapelReviews
Lexus of Wesley Chapel review
I had the pleasure of purchasing a certified pre-owned 2021 Lexus ES 350, and I can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I initially reached out to my awesome service advisor, Deven Roman, and explained that I needed to purchase another Lexus as soon as possible. Deven connected me with Johnny Millaway, and Johnny reached out to me almost immediately to get the process started. Johnny looked into a couple of vehicles that I was considering and invited me to the dealership to take a closer look and test drive them. When I arrived, he had already pulled the cars around front and had them lined up and ready for me. I really appreciated that because it showed me that he had taken the time to prepare before I even got there. After the test drives, I decided which vehicle I wanted, and Johnny handled everything from there. I came back two days later to purchase the car, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the experience very easy. From beginning the purchase to completing all of the paperwork, everything took about an hour. Sami Keraa handled the finance portion of the transaction, and he was also great to work with. The finance office is usually my least favorite part of buying a car because of the pressure that can sometimes come with purchasing add-ons. Sami was not like that at all. He was extremely pleasant, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I got exactly what I was interested in without making me feel pressured into anything else. I have bought quite a few cars over the years, and I can genuinely say that this was my best car-buying experience ever. A huge thank you to Johnny, Deven, Sami, and the entire Lexus of Wesley Chapel family for making the entire experience such a great one. I truly appreciate your help and professionalism!

Schaumburg KiaReviews

Love this car! It’s defiantly luxury and has everything you would want or need in a car. It’s comfortable, drives well and very reliable. It will be a car you can use for a long time.

Crossroads Car and Truck review
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership nearly ten years ago and again in early May 2026. Both experiences were excellent. The team is easy to work with, professional, and maintains a relaxed, customer-friendly approach. They are also committed to making things right if any discrepancies arise. They offer a great selection of high-quality, high-end vehicles. Thank you, Crossroads Car and Truck, for another positive experience.

Koons of Tysons Chevrolet GMC review
Phul was awesome!! I went to the dealership to look for an upgrade to my Traverse. Found an amazing 2027 Traverse RS on the lot, but it wasn?t the color I wanted. Phul and Celia, the manager, worked endlessly to find my perfect car. I got to pick it up a couple weeks later. The wait was a killer, but they went above and beyond. This car is perfect. I can?t wait for family trips and taking in the stars through the awesome moon roof. Although I was disappointed on the wait, the professionalism and end result went above and beyond 5 stars. Thanks again Phil and Celia.

2015 Lexus IS 250C review
I searched for this exact year, make, model and color combo for a couple of years. I had to have a convertible hardtop (because of my lack of garage space) with a light interior and a red exterior. Lexus was my first choice, Infinity was my second. Once I test drove the Lexus, I knew there would be no other car for me. While it isn't particularly powerful, it does have enough get-up to get out of its own way. The seats are very plush and comfy, the power roof opens and closes very quickly, the steering is very tight and responsive, it feels like a sports car. For me, it was the perfect balance of luxury and class, with a bit of unexpected sass. I love nothing more than dropping the top and taking the long way home along the coast.
