Nice enough at first but turned into a horrible
Nice enough at first but turned into a horrible experience. First red flag was they refused to honor the price on cars.com and other sites. Working directly with the sales manager, I negotiated waiving their junk fees including LoJack, overpriced door mats and door guards, and their markup on Kia's lease rates. At the last minute they said the general manager refused to honor my deal, they backtracked on everything and added in pre-paid lease return fees as well. Like something out of a bad movie. No thanks! I went to a different dealer and got a better price, no xx fees, and no surprises. Avoid these guys.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. PLEASE READ!!!! THEY DO NOT WANT TO ACTUALLY EARN YOUR BUSINESS. AARON COULDN'T EVEN KEEP UP WITH HIS LIES. I DROVE 2.5 HOURS WITH MY WIFE AND KIDS TO BUY THE CAR CASH! HAD THEM SEND VIDEOS AND INVOICES OF THE CAR FOR THE AC NOT TO WORK!!! Literally! THEN HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE AC TO BE FIXED AND NOT DRIVE OFF WITH EVEN A LOANER CAR FOR THE TIME BEING SINCE MY FAMILY ARE CARLESS. MIND YOU THE REPAIRS THT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE FIXED WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND GAS COVER HAD TO BE MAILED TO ME. DIDN'T OFER A WARRANTY FOR INCONVENIENCE OR ANYTHING. JUST SAID "| CANT PAY FOR THAT TOO." THEY DO NOT WANT TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS. GE JUST LIES AND BRINGS UP WHAT HE HAS TO PAY FOR LIKE HE IS A CUSTOMER TO. THIS WAS A VERY BELITTLING EXPERIENCE. Hi Tyrone, We’re sorry to hear the deal didn’t work out the way you hoped. That said, we want to clarify that there was no dishonesty on our part. This was not a cash deal, and in order to get you approved, we had to discount the vehicle by nearly $2,000. We were transparent that the vehicle was a recent trade-in, and we had already ordered a new gas cap to be painted and shipped to you, along with replacement wiper blades. As for the air conditioning, it was functioning prior to your visit, but with the deep discount applied to meet your financing terms, we were unable to absorb the cost of additional repairs and also honor your request for a free warranty. We understand this might be frustrating, but we did our best to work with your budget and be upfront throughout the process. Great customer service. I came in for a engine replacement. I was helped by Nicole in service department who was exceptionally great.She was very patient She explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything.

Service was good.....just a heads up ... if you pay with a credit card....your charged a fee .... If I had been told that I would've transferred money and used my debit card and saved myself 60 plus $'s -

Great! The staff I dealt with was awesome from start to finish. While there Nicole was very informative on what was going to be done on my car. I really appreciated they did not not try to upsell me on any services that I didn’t need at this time. 5 stars the whole way.

Spent the afternoon at the Burlington location while waiting for a seatbelt mechanism replacement. Michelle was very friendly, offered a drink, let me plug myself in so I could attend work meetings, and gave me a couple of dollars to get something out of the vending machine. Very impressed with their customer service.
