Buyer beware, would be negative stars if possible! The price they advertise is NOT the price you will pay! They will try to hit you with several additional costs. I unfortunately bought the car online and had it shipped. Car arrived had 3 different types of tires! Has severe rattling and vibration issues that i am trying to figure out. When i asked about the gap in service history they indicated that many owners do their own work, when the title arrived i found out it was a repossessed car that they didn't disclose. I am now faced with trying to figure out my legal remedies! Ivan was my salesperson.

Wish i could rate zero stars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS! While trying to make a deal they actually hung up on me during a 3 way call! Then when confronted about it he cowardly blamed bad cell signal. Old skool slimy used car salesman. Steer clear please!

The that I received while looking to purchase my vehicle was stellar. So I would have given them a 5 star review if that’s all I had to base this on. Be sure you don’t run into any problems because the experience will quickly become a nightmare as it did for me. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe on January 17 2026. Everything seems great but I am a Md resident and they registered my car in Va and here we are 2 and 1/2 months on and that’s still not resolved. Also on March 3rd I started noticing the truck was driving weird I called and they told me to bring the truck to them to have it checked out. The very next day I had to the truck towed to the Chevy dealer and was informed that the transmission was as gone. I was not even 2 months in to this deal and the truck has been at my local Chevy dealer for over 2 weeks mind you I still have to pay the note on a truck that I have no access to and the temp tags will be expired soon. Please be very aware of how you will be treated if you run into problems.

The fees are ridiculous. It's too bad because the car I wanted to buy was perfect, but the processing fee $1500 + $900 for a theft reduction plan + $500 for their 150 point inspection was wild. I wished i would have read the reviews before I made the drive to the site. I will say the sales rep was nice. I wish I could have purchased the car. I was ready to write a check, expecting fees and taxes to add ~$1500 to the sale price. I was floored when the out the door price was $3000K more than the price of the car.

The price that you see is not what you will pay for 1500 processing fee is wild and 1800 dollars for their “package”. Basically paying for servicing and detail. If I could I would give 0 stars.
