Buckalew Is the way to GO!!!!

My experience at Buckalew was absolutely amazing. I was super nervous about going to another dealer since the previous two dealers (Sterling & Robbins) had tried to overcharge me for the Nitro Yellow trailblazer. I knew I was as at the right place when I spoke to the first gentleman and he looked up who I had spoken to the previous night. He didn?t want to take his sale/deal. My first thought was ?Now that is the most respectable act I?ve seen since car shopping?. Even though my salesman was a LSU fan (#HailState for me / a little SEC humor), he treated me with the most respect. Josh didn?t try to up charge me on nothing. Just a great guy with awesome morals. I have been telling everyone I know about how he was my blessing in human form. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART JOSH & BUCKALEW!!!! Y?all keep making people dreams a reality!!!!

2011 Chevy Cruz window repair

Car repairs were handled quickly and timely. Was kept informed as to how long the process would take and when to expect delivery.

Buckalew Chevy

My auto salesmen was wonderful and engaging, helpful and super tentative. Mark Cameron was the first and only dealer to approach me I had the best experience ever shopping around vehicles with him. In the end he ensured I left the lot with exactly what I had my eye set on!

Truck Repaired

It was straightforward transaction. I asked them to diagnose the issue, let me know what the issue was, the cost, and the truck needs to be back within a specified timeframe. All of that happened without incident.

Cost over 200.00 just to change battery, did not include batter cost.

Buckalew/RLilly

The smoothest new car purchase I have experienced in fifty years. My salesman, Randy Lilly, was the most helpful and totally competent in his product knowledge and every protocol in dealing with the purchase of the auto. His technical skills in using the latest technology in dealing with the problems we encountered was impressive.

Avoid Buckalew Chevrolet in Conroe, TX

I've owned a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and dealt with a lot of dealers, and Buckalew Chevrolet is the worst I've ever experienced. Poor customer service, zero follow-up, and they treat their customers like dirt. I bought a new 2019 pickup and purchased the extended warranty, and it's been in the dealership a number of times for the transmission, radio, and 4 recalls. Stay clear of this dealership, they are the worst.
