Fast and on point service, Danny really went the extra

Fast and on point service, Danny really went the extra mile with my Sentra, the car was taking a little long since the bay was hot, but he went in and tighten the bolts himself. We'll be coming back

My last experience was not pleasant.

My last experience was not pleasant. I visited the service centre and explained that the blind spot monitor was not working, which could be seen on the dashboard. I received the car after the service and came to understand that they had ignored it but claimed it had been rectified. I had to stop the car and return to the service centre and asked them to re-check the problem. The supervisor reported back and said it might be a problem with something else, which was unacceptable. They are slow in troubleshooting any problem. I understand that they may only know how to replace parts rather than fix the problem. Finally, regarding the blind spot issue, they said they would check with their partners and replace it but couldn't identify what the problem and to repair it. I am considering not going to the same service centre and will try a different one.

I don't remember the supervisor's name who helped during the service time. The system was not allowing me to post the comment without adding any names, hence I selected Jimmy's name with 5 stars. He is not related to this incident. My apologies for selecting the name. I didn't find another way.
