Daniel and Luis provide excellent concierge service, making me feel like I was a valued customer. Every recommendation made was looking out for me and my vehicle. And they washed my car before giving me the keys.

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing our second vehicle from Zeigler Nissan in Gurnee, on Labor day. Just like our first experience, this one was equally outstanding as we were embraced by the warm, welcoming, dedicated staff members. We chose salesman Alfredo Lopez to guide us once again on our journey in selecting another car. We also appreciated Manager Leo in doing his best to assure we were completely satisfied in every aspect of our transaction. They both reaffirmed why we chose to come back here. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, & stress-free. Alfredo Lopez completely exceeded our expectations by providing knowledgeable, attentive service without any of the typical car-buying pressure. He remembered our preferences from our previous purchase, which made the entire process even more seamless this time around. His attention to detail, professionalism, & genuine care for our needs made us feel like valued customers, & not just another sale. Equally impressive was the service we received from Manager Leo. His expertise & willingness to work with us on pricing & financing, made the deal even better. It's rare to find such consistency in customer service & it speaks volumes about the culture & values of this dealership. Sales representative Erik noticed us & immediately came over to greet us & offer to help in teaching us about all the new bells & whistles on the new Sentra. It’s refreshing to see his dedication & teamwork in making it his priority, that we understood how all the functions worked. As with our first vehicle purchase, Michael from the finance department, worked diligently in processing our purchase & making sure all our final questions & concerns were addressed. Overall, our second car-buying experience with Zeigler Nissan in Gurnee was just as positive as the first. Danny was fantastic.
