The General Manager Luigi helped save the day on

The General Manager Luigi helped save the day on 12/30/2023 after the Service department closed and the clutch stopped working by letting me drop off my Nissan Versa sedan 1.8 S and get me over to Home Depot Gurnee to rent a truck and continue the move out of my apartment by New Year Eve. Their service personnel quickly and efficiently replaced the front wheel drive clutch and had me back on the road in a few days.

Wanted tire rotation was told couldn’t do the lug nuts

Wanted tire rotation was told couldn’t do the lug nuts expanded and couldn’t properly retort to specifications but if I changed all the lug nuts at $12 each they could do the tire rotation guess what I’m not returning I wanted to complainer to the service manager but no one was in the office so I complained to Ken my sales person
