I asked about a trans flush was told it was not needed then I read the recommendations on the back of my receipt and it says recommended service trans service. You go to the service department for their expertise and when it is conflicting that is bad does not build trust.. .

The service department is very helpful and friendly, every time I unfortunately have to visit.

No waiting and they took my car in right away. It was a big service appointment, but done well.

They were able to finally fix my difficult issue which I really appreciate. Communication on the status could be better. I had to keep calling to find out the status. Still waiting for the sunroof fix when the parts come in but have not heard anything.
