Jeff was great.

Jeff was great. He explained everything needed. Updates were timely, and my car was ready on time and even washed. I had a great experience.

Appointments were easy to make.

Appointments were easy to make. The service department was very friendly and got the paperwork ready quickly. I waited for maybe 20-25 mins and my car was washed and ready. - Easy.

Service for my complaints was outstanding and explanation

Service for my complaints was outstanding and explanation was thorough. I would have rated it with 5 stars but...I discovered a new problem on my return from the service. Since this service my LoJack system appears to be locked on the dealers location regardless of the car's actual physical location. It seems like there was a disconnect? Will be reconnecting with service for a resolution.
