Same experience as EODJEDI, bait and switch pricing

I also went it to look at a Grand Caravan and was told the Internet pricing is only available if I qualify for all the manufacturer incentives. Phil was a nice enough guy and not really his fault for the Internet pricing but that is a very dishonest practice. To be fair they did come down in price that was somewhat close to the Internet pricing but I didn't really love the Caravan on based on principle alone I didn't purchase the vehicle.

Worst Dealership experience by far

The dealers are outright liars and their internet pricing is a scam. We looked everywhere for a Dodge Caravan that fit our every need with all of the amenities and this Dealership had the only one in the area. The pricing online seemed to good to be true so we contacted them days prior to arriving to the dealership. The sales person, Jamie, was very professional on the phone and it sounded like everything was in order and it would be a simple transaction (including a trade-in) once we arrived. Our credit is perfect and the trade-in was a 2014 Dodge Journey R/T loaded in great condition. First they tried to rip us off on the trade-in, offering $2000 less than what the car was worth and then to top it off, they increased the price of the vehicle we wanted by $4000.00 claiming that the internet pricing needed to be updated, and then changing their story claiming that, that was the pricing for leasing. There was nothing on the net saying otherwise and we made absolutely sure before we drove 100 miles to this dealership, that the price online was the price we were going to get the car at. Don't listen to the other 5 star reviews on this site, read the "REAL" reviews and you will notice a pattern. I can only assume their dishonesty goes further than their business practices, including fake reviews to bring their numbers up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The whole process was very quick which I like very much and Jamie the sales guy was great this is my third purchase from preformence

Excellent service and experienced staff when it came to fina

Was not planing on buying new truck but when I walked into performance they were very friendly and experienced in what I was trying to do. Jamie the sakes person was very straight forward and honest. I would highly recommend anyone looking for new vehicle in south jersey to visit Jamie and the rest of the team

Everything went down the hill after purchase

Where do I start. The messed up my finance paper. Then asked for more money for the registration because the did the wrong estimate. My temporary tags expired and they do not want to respond. No one wants to answer the phone now. Looks like no one is going to work these days. I live at a considerable distance and can't go there to look for the person I need to talk to.

Always Leave Happy

This is my second Challenger I have purchased off of PERFORMANCE DODGE in 8 months. Both times I dealt with General Sales Manager Henry Smith & a Salesman, first was Shane & this time it was Justin. They were the most professional people I have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. Any & all questions were answered thoroughly. I can not say a negative thing about any of the personal working here from sales to finance to service every single one of them is friendly & professional. One would be foolish not to stop in & price their next vehicle here. Stop in & you won't be sorry you did!!!!

Always great service

Have brought my 2013 Dart in for service or maintenance several times and the people here are always courteous and professional. I would recommend Performance dodge.

Ray H. was awesome!

I bought a new Dodge Ram from Performace Dodge. Ray was very imformative and treated me like gold. After some haggling we came to a fantastic purchase price! He actually introduced me to all the different departments and everyone was nice! Ask for Ray, he's the best!

Consistently Excellent!!!

Service was excellent as usual. Without an appointment, I was able to get in and out within an hour!!! Everyone is always very friendly and pleasant!
