I can not say enough good about this DEALERSHIP , Both my Sales Consultant Shane Peck & the General Sales Manager Henry Smithlll along with everyone I dealt with made my buying experience a very pleasant one. I'm the type of person who doesn't like a sales person following me around & giving me their sales pitch. I was able to ask the questions I had & receive an answer without trying to push the sale onto me. I was able to be left alone to make my decision which to me makes a lot of difference ,as I stated I don't like pushy sales personal. Once I decided to buy both Shane & Henry did everything they could to make the transaction a very pleasant experience. As I stated I cannot say enough good about your sales personal & also your finance personal. After this experience when the time comes for me to purchase my next new vehicle which will more than likely be a new Ram Pick up PERFORMANCE DODGE will definitely be one of my stops, I say this only because I as other buyers do look for the best possible deal I can get which I hope is from your dealership. came there for spray in bedliner, they politely let me know there is recall on vehicle, they want get that done for me also. i requested for my ram 1500 drl to be turn, they looked into and happily turn it on for me without giving any problem. they were honest which is very important,( had bad experience with Mt Ephraim Dodge never would come there again). here definitely refer friends to.

I felt comfortable as soon as I got out of my car I met Mike at the door he didn't run up to told what car I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and he did what I asked I didn't have to play the car and mouse game either the first offer was the one I took because he listened and deliver I recommend everyone go see Mike

I’m currently on my fourth ram 1500, so I’m already a loyal Dodge customer. My purpose for visiting Performance Dodge was to drive a 2500 Cummins diesel to determine if I should trade my current 1500 for another, or upgrade to a 2500. Although there was a 2015 2500 diesel parked right outside the front door, I was told that it's the manager’s personal demo and they would have to check to see if the manager was "willing" to remove his personal items so I could drive “his” truck. I have no idea what "personal items" could be so secretive (bundles of cash? Jimmy Hoffa?) but I seriously doubt they would be at risk — especially given that I drove into their dealership in a 2015 Corvette, worth over $70K. Nevertheless, after nearly 20 minutes of intense “negotiations” I was told that there was nothing available for me to drive. I went directly to Spirit Dodge in Swedesboro and bought a RAM 2500, 6.7L--MSRP $63K.
