worst service ever!!!!

I have a dodge dart been there 5× to get it fixed service manager lies and has very bad attitude would never recommend performance dodge too anyone stay away!!!!!

Best Experience Ever!

I had a very pleasant experience. Honest, people and very caring. Just the way it should be. Never felt pressured or like I was being taking advantage of. Great place to do business. The finance Manager was simply amazing. Very helpful

Do not do business with this dealer. They are dishonest and disrespectful! Save yourself aggravation and wasted time by avoiding Performance Dodge at all costs! From the owner, to the financing department, to the salesman, nothing but deception.

I went in here to buy a car when i saw one i like i told them NOT to run my credit yet i really want to think about it first and i will be back the next morning well i got a credit alert and they ran my credit four times i am very pissed about this and i will be calling them in the morning to give them an ear full i am never going to buy from there again again

I purchased a 2013 dodge dart 2 months ago with a $500...

I purchased a 2013 dodge dart 2 months ago with a $500 down payment. After about 3 weeks I was told to come back in and bring the car back, the bank would not buy me. Ok so we go in on a Thursday evening, they tell me don't worry we have another back to buy you. So we sign a SECOND contract and want more money down another $500. They did everything they could they said, even dropping the price. The original contract was for $19k this contract was for $17,198. Today we receive another call from them saying the bank will not buy us because they would only finance $17,000. Ok so I am thinking more money out of pocket. Well nope. They want the car back and tell me I am being rude because they are losing on the deal. Really? And I get crapped on by them multiple times and I am not suppose to be rude. They didn't want to listen to me when I said it was only $198 difference, well they told me I had to put "thousands" out of pocket and needed another co signer and all this other crap. I dropped the keys and said I was done. I WILL not go back there and I have already told all my family and friends what has happened. 2 months of having a car and I have nothing to show for. Thanks a bunches sales reps, financing guys and anyone else that was involved in this SCAM!!!

This dealership is a conniving, manipulative, lying...

This dealership is a conniving, manipulative, lying dealership. I would highly recommend you not go to these people. I found a 1500 ram truck that I wanted to buy, it was listed at $24,638. So I called internet manager "Rob" and asked it the truck at this price was still available, he told me "yes." I did not feel the need during our call that this price was subject to rebates. I visited there lot in Woodbury, NJ. Which is about 35 miles from my town in PA. I got there to buy the truck, i wanted to drive away in it that day, but they changed the price from the list $24,000 to $31,000. They said said I needed to meet certain rebate requirements to get the internet price. But there was NOTHING on Auto Trader saying that there was rebates in the price. I felt like they were making it up in front of me. I wasted my morning because of their fake price. I felt lied to.

My husband and I have always bought here. We actually just bought a challenger rt last month. I was buying a used charger we agreed on the price the dealer had run my credit four times which I was upset about but that's not the worst. After we had agreed on price, the manager showed me where they had scratched the car parking it. He assured me that they would fix it. Ok I thought, I decided to take picks of the damage and told him I was going to show my husband the pics and go take an aspirin but that I would be back to sign papers in about 1/2 hr. when I got back they made me wait even after I said I was putting more $ down on the car. Then they have someone else take the car out on a test drive. When I asked what was going on they said the person was just trying it out. I should have walked then because then I was told I would have to pay for the damage on the car if I wanted it. Wait what??? We agreed they would fix it I agreed on the price now when I come to sign they change the deal?? I can't imagine doing business like this. Even when I talked to the GM he told me I can't loose $$ on the deal and the scratches coat me $$ now. Nice I have bought 2 Durangos 2 challengers an a charger there before but they don't want to loose $$. I will find another dealer!!!

my wife and i had gone to 2 other dealers, before walking into preformance dodge on broadway in woodbury nj.... wow what a difference from the big dealers. this is a family ran dealership with the father and son thier.... it was greatest buying experience we have ever had !!!!!
