I thought I hated the process of shopping and buying a car, turns out I’d never been to a good car dealership. Everyone there was polite, friendly and went above and beyond walking me through the process. The car was exactly as pictured and the price matched everything online. Can’t recommend them enough.

We bought a 2021 Honda Civic for my daughter from Auto Fanatics, and the experience was genuinely memorable. The team was friendly, and AJ in finance explained everything clearly and even secured us a MUCH better interest rate than Navy Federal. We came from Maryland and the car passed MD state inspection with no issues. They also filled the gas tank, put a big bow on the hood for a photo opp, and walked my daughter through the features—such a thoughtful touch for her first purchase. Just note before you go: like many dealerships, their cars come from auction, but ours had already passed Virginia inspection and was in great shape. Also note the $1,595 processing fee, the out-of-state title service fee, and mandatory add-ons: $599 theft protection and about $1,400 for appearance protection. Overall, we love the car and truly appreciated the care they showed us.
