Ace Auto Plaza

Bought a 2013 f150 and it’s a decent truck but I would not recommend this place told me the abs light was on for a module and here to find out it was not I had to fight with them to get it fixed passes inspection with abs brake and traction control light on seems a little fishy then they told me it would be a new part then here to find out from ford them self’s it’s a used part they put in definitely not worth going here trying to screw over a 18 year old barely answering any of my question and they said it was under a ford warranty nope it’s not it’s a after market warranty company not ford they lied and lied definitely would be very careful if you purchase a car from here ! Also had to replace the dry rotted tires not even 2 months in they also said they would paint the fenders to match never did that ether very difficult to work with in my opinion they also take your phone for pictures and write there own review so be careful! Also had a oil leak and all 4 tires are bad dry rotted don’t wanna even cover 2 of them with out giving me problems also communicating off of personal numbers I DO NOT RECOMMEND GREAT PEOPLE BUY POOR REALLY POOR TECHS OR SOMETHING THEY SAID ALL THIS STUFF HOW THEY WILL COVER TIRES 289 for 4 tires is crazy they called me multiple times to take my review down but I’m fed up with it poor management or something

These guys are the absolute BEST💥💥 I could not of asked for better people to help my son navigate his 1st car buying experience. From start to finish they were out to help my son. Everything was an absolute breeze ! They have some of the nicest selection and by far cleanest cars with a staff that is top notch and out to help you. Zero pressure, zero games , no haggling or pushing for unnecessary things. We walked in at 4:00pm and drove out at 6:00pm with my son’s car! Even though I didn’t purchase a car because I wasn’t able to get Insuerance. The minute I’m able to get Insuerance I’m running to get a car from them. Super honest and transparent. I’ve never been to say this about any car dealership and I purchased a lot of cars from many different dealers.
