1st review , terrible serviceDept denied warranty service as it was Honda dealer different than Ocean!! Never been treated so rudely by a sales manager who doesnt respect anything concerning customer service! Buisness closed!

Service Advisor Ivan Gonzalez is an asset to your

Service Advisor Ivan Gonzalez is an asset to your business. I recently had my 2017 Accord in for maintenance. He answered all my questions, was professional had his product knowledge was excellent. After dealing with your service department for almost 6 years I will only schedule appointments with Ivan.

Outstanding service from John Allen in the Parts

Outstanding service from John Allen in the Parts department. I was searching for a discontinued accessory for my Ridgeline, and he was kind enough to take the time to look for it, offer professional advice and ship it 1,0000 miles to me. Extremely impressed with John and the dealership. They have one of the best websites of any Honda dealer I have come across. Impressive and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

I never feel pressured and every aspect is explained to me. Service manager is respectful , waiting area is comfortable with free drinks and snacks. I’d never take my vehicle anywhere else and highly recommend their services

Please find a different dealer to buy from. Bought a...

Please find a different dealer to buy from. Bought a brand new car and I am unable to pair my phone or use Bluetooth. They will not repair the problem. Their service manager actually told me to take out a tablet and record the music or cell phone cutting out as I navigated i-75 in the westchase area. I have bought new cars from plenty of places in the Bay area and this by far is the all-time low. I am sure they have their five-star reviews on people who trade their car in every 2 years or who are retired and don't have jobs. However if your time means anything to you as like your days off you will spend it at this dealership getting nothing accomplished. Please learn from my experience and go to a different dealership. I would not wish what I have been through on my worst enemy. Completely lazy and indifferent. GO ELSEWHERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Again, i had a great visit at Ocean. With an internal spark plug problem, going into the engine, I would only a trust Honda Service Specialist. I have had 4 hondas, 2 Fit, I don't even know an auto mechanic. Considering what they did, and they gave me a loaner for overnight.. Tyler, thank you for the service and respect.. As usual, "I'll be back!"

I have purchased 5 cars from ocean honda. Never had any issues with them. Ivan is my service advisor and will keep bringing my car for service to him. Very professional and helpful in getting my car serviced. I recommend Ivan to family and friends to get there car serviced at ocean honda.

I just want to say I have been with this dealership since...

I just want to say I have been with this dealership since 2004 and I keep coming back due to the professionalism and quality work they all show. My service advisor retired but I know I am still in good hands with Tyler Brandon and machanic Rich, as was proven again today. Thank you again Ocean Honda for your professionalism and always going the extra mile. You all are AWESOME
