This was my second encounter of leasing a car with the assistance of Henry Dipeppe. He was professional, cognizent of my wishes. He made sure that I was satisfied with my decision. I would recommend him to my friends.

Ocean Honda, and Robbie, should all be ashamed and in jail, as far as Im concerned. HOWEVER they added every ancillary charge, although I said I dint want them. I Had a confirmed rate w/Truecar, which was ignored and disregarded, and screwed me in every way. yall ruined the entire experience. I should have gone to Tampa Honda as intended. Robbie, the finance guy, Ocean Honda, and should be labeled criminals after how he ripped me off and lied to my face.

Ishmael was great. Best service ever. He was patient and explained all features so that I could understand.

Excellent service. Alexis was knowledgeable, explained things patiently to me (I'm not very knowledgeable about cars), worked hard on my behalf, kept the price as low as possible, and kept me in the loop about the repairs. 2008 Honda Fit with almost 200,000 miles. Brought my car in - much worse than I expected. Needed new coils, cylinder heads, and more. Very expensive to fix (I'm low income), and who knows what else may soon go bad in the engine? I started thinking (with dread) about looking for a used car to buy. Who knows what problems may come with a used car in my price range? Alexis called me in about an hour - he'd found a used engine (about 50,000 miles on it). The price of replacing my engine completely was about the same as the repairs. And came with a 1 year warranty. I asked about the condition of the rest of the car - was it worth dropping a new engine into. Alex asked the person who was working on my car, who inspected it to verify the condition of the other parts of my car. It was worth dropping in the engine. I jumped on the opportunity. They found a couple of other problems, which they fixed. Cleaned the car inside an out before returning it to me. I now have an engine with a quarter of the use of my old one, a warranty, and probably won't have to do anything but oil and tires for a long time. At my age, this repaired car should last the rest of my life. I'm very pleased with Alexis, Ocean Honda, and the person who fixed my car.

The best customer service I have ever experienced,friendly staff,kept me informed. Could not belive even fed me lunch. I know why my husband likes to go there. Lol

Michael Igar and the entire dealership was wonderful to work with. The dealership was 3 hours away but they made everything work seamlessly and flawlessly. The communication was excellent and the customer service was by far one of the best we have experienced in a long time. They went above and beyond to assist us and get the vehicle we wanted and with the accessories we wanted on it and was able to deliver the vehicle to us super fast!!!! The entire process was extremely easy, fast and very pleasant. Definitely would do business with them again even though they were 3 hours away! Thanks Ocean Honda!
