Write a reviewhis is a tough review for me to leave… I found the owner and his office person to be extremely nice and courteous. However, two things really stood out for me in a negative way. I made a trip from about an hour away to look at a particular car on a Thursday afternoon… And we agreed in Principal on buying my trade-in and he purchasing a vehicle. To be fair, I didn’t purchase the vehicle as I wanted to think it over overnight. Decided later that night To move forward with the purchase the next day. Made another hour trip to his dealership in Indianapolis and texted him before I left to confirm the purchase. Unknown to me, he sold the car the night before to someone else. I had no issue with that… Good for him, but a simple text a would have been courteous to let me know that. The thing that bothered me the most was, I had some decal stickers on the car And he he took it upon himself while he was test driving my trade-in to peel part of one of the stickers off, ruining it. Not cool that he damaged my property. I shared my thoughts with him the next day via text and he was professional enough to call and hear my complaints over the phone. He did apologize and did offer to reimburse me for The decal. I declined his offer, that wasn’t the point. Do better…..
