Called dealership inquiring about a car on Monday started working the deal and was told I have to trade a vehicle in to get the advertised price which should be illegal , but I played ball I sent them a vehicle got told I’d get a call back in 30 minutes. Never got a call back , following day get multiple texts from their 3rd party phone service asking if I’d like to come test drive cars I insisted on asking for the person jack who I had dealt with to call me back , then I reached out to the person who I sent pictures of the trade too asking when I was going to get a phone call back , this was Tuesday , Wednesday same 3rd party calls start happening again and I tell the lady I’m waiting on a call back , text the number again the guy Adonis says I’ll have my manager call you , manager Raphael calls me I start telling him where we are at in the deal and he goes I’ll have Jack call you tomorrow I don’t want to step on his toes . I said okay . Thursday comes around no call per usual from Jack , I text Adonis asking wether I’m going to get a call back or should I just take my business elsewhere , apologizes to me saying he’s not working today , and that Jack just makes his own schedule . Mind you this dealerships closed on Sunday not too sure why these guys can work 6 days straight clearly their pre Madonna’s . Adonis the only one who will answer me texts me Friday saying I’m back at work and I guess they sold the car yesterday. This dealership shows no respect for anyone’s time , explains why they have no reviews here because they are too new and most likely won’t last a year in the business before they have to close out the llc and open it under a different name like the rest of these shady jersey dealerships . My advice don’t waste your time with them
