Sales manager was great, sealed the deal with being genuine. Customer service from salesman after purchase has not been great. Quick to text back prior to sale, can't get a response after purchase.

I was able to get a good deal, the only downside was they didn't give me any floor mats and the black roof cover of my bronco was peeled so I feel the car was used not new also they didn't washed my car properly.

My visit went very well I received an oil change and my Cab Cabin Air filter was changed all fluids balanced tires rotated all I could afford at the time but will be back Mr.Thaddeus Price was very through about explaining about everything about my 2019 Ford Mustang I will be back once I can afford the rest Thank you Mr.Thaddeus Price once again Job! Well done Doggett Ford South Loop you have a good Representative God Bless each and one of you đź©·

Had a great experience, David was very informational and I was in and out. It’s right down the road from my job so very easy for me to do during the week and not having to worry about doing it on Saturday. Tyson’s again David!

I did have a great service rep when I went to have an oil changed. Thaddeus was extremely professional and greeted me as soon as I entered the door. He then provided information to help me successfully navigate my way through the wait. I received updates on maintenance that was needed without feeling pressured to have jobs completed that could wait, which I appreciated. However, he did advise me on immediate next steps and provided me with his contact information so that I can call as soon as I am prepared to get the job done. I was impressed with his service in comparison to many who have I have met in a service setting who didn't take the time to carefully explain things to a woman. I was also impressed with a young lady who walked around in the service waiting area and offered water and light snacks on a Wednesday. I usually see special services only on weekends. Thanks for the added touch.
