Had my car serviced here and Jason McNally was amazing!!! He took in the car, set expectations and then exceeded expectations! Car was fixed, communications were easy and frequent, and he was super friendly!!

The service was not professional from the moment I walked

The service was not professional from the moment I walked in the door at 7am. I had appointment time at 7:15am Service Advisor Ina P changed appointment time to 8:15am without communicating with me about the changes. Employee unplug my camera without informing me that they need to for service or did they get my consent. The service was the worst I am never returning there.

If I could give minus stars, I would’ve given that.

If I could give minus stars, I would’ve given that. The worst place to come for Service. They do not care about the customers at all. I came for basic safety inspection which I made an appointment for. After arriving on time, 1 advisor named Max tells me he’ll be with me in couple of minutes then makes me wait for 30 minutes and tells me he won’t be able to check me in. While other advisors are just walking around Chitchatting without assisting customers. Just for something small like a VA safety inspection I had to spend over 2 hours in the dealership.
