I am not recommending this dealership and not returning for service. I arrived for an oil change which is under warranty.After waiting 5 hours for my vehicle the manager from service told me they will not perform an oil change because it was not due for a couple thousand more miles. I waisted my day waiting to be denied service. Then asked if they could fix my glovebox lock which had a defective plastic lock that broke due to heat and non use and was also denied a replacement, and was accused of forcing it open when it had no scratches or bent plastic parts just a factory defect. It’s filled with a culture of low class employees who have a disgust for customer service and satisfaction. It think they intentionally made me wait hours for my vehicle inspection because I refused to pay for an oil change when it was still under warranty. I had previously contemplated purchasing a newer model, but after today I won’t and will ensure that everyone that admires my vehicle and on social media know that the climate of joy, satisfaction, and customer service at this location is long gone. Please stay away from this BMW dealership and avoid headaches and invest your time and money elsewhere where they appreciate clientele and believe in recurring revenue. New management and training is needed ASAP!!!!

The service was fast and precise to the point. The video link of the inspection was pretty good and useful.

Made an over due service appt and of course I had a good experience because of Ina! And the intake, pick up + drop off team :)

Had a scheduled service appointment for an oil change, Max was my advisor ,checked me and got me out quickly with a loaner car. Service was done quickly and in a timely manner and I picked my car up in the same day. Great service from beginning to end.

The BMW Alexandria Service Department provided excellent, efficient and cost effective service for my 335i's Virginia annual state inspection. Your service advisor, Bella Diaz, coordinated the intake and managed the service visit, which quickly discovered and fixed a problem with a front brake sensor. The video review of the vehicle's problem (which was emailed to me during the inspection) was a very impressive enhancement to the service experience. Thank you!

Bmw of Alexandria staff is amazing, Esmirna took very good care of my vehicle and kept me informed, I know that I'm in good hands for all my car needs!
