I have leased/purchased a few cars through Rosenthal and each time the buying experience was simple and fast. I appreciate the no-nonsense buying experience and is the reason I go back. The customer comes first at Rosenthal Jaguar, especially when working with Gavin. This was my third time working with him. He was knowledgeable and customer-focused. He goes to bat for his customers and helps facilitate all aspects of a sale. You couldn't ask for a better sales consultant to work with. I wanted to give a special word of recognition to two people at Rosenthal Landrover for their above and beyond care on our 2nd car in the past 6 months. In Oct 2014, Gavin helped me buy an LR4 for my wife as a surprise for her 40th Birthday, he took care of everything from beginning to end and ordered all the options just like I asked for. When it came to the Accessories, Julianna was AMAZING, she took care of everything and made sure it was all ready for us to pick up. So in April of 2015, I decided to buy my own Range Rover and of course I went to Gavin again who handled it from A-Z. And of course I reached out to Julianna for my accessories and once again she took care of everything for me. Even when there was a hiccup in the order, Gavin made sure to get things corrected to my satisfaction and went above and beyond what anyone else would've done. We were in search of a 2013 Range Rover Sport and lucked out when we stopped in to Rosenthal. We were greeted by Gavin and he navigated us through the car buying experience. We love the car and appreciate the great customer service we received at this dealership.

Until I spoke with Reda Habati, I found the salesmen unresponsive. We knew we wanted a Land Rover, white with light interior 2013/14. We were having a difficult time finding one. Had sent a few requests a no response. Finally I called and thankfully spoke with Reda who was more then happy to help, and expedited our request. He was wonderful to work with and we feel we made a friend.
