Fabulous car buying experience!!!

Amazing experience at Rosenthal Land Rover. Everyone we met was fabulous and friendly, especially our Sales Consultant, Gavin Kassiri. Mr. Kassiri dealt with my wife, my son and me over the course of two days and had wonderful patience! He felt more like a pal/friend than a salesperson. Will remember this wonderful car buying experience always! Thank you! Will enjoy our new red Evoque!!!

Smooth, no-hassle experience

I initially was working with another dealership to find the Jaguar with the color combination that I like, but didn't get a good customer service. After a few email exchanges with Michael that showed his strong customer focus and great communication, I ended up working with him. It's my first time buying a special-ordered car. Michael assisted me from start to finish, and it was a smooth experience. He explained the steps and kept me updated while my car was being built. When it came to closing the deal, I was offered a good price, so we didn't have to waste time haggling the price (like some other dealers like to do).

A Very Happy Unexpected Purchase Made Possible by Jerome

We came in initially for a service on our Freelander but with a high interest in a used RRS that was posted on the dealer website. When we found it and requested a test drive from Jerome (the first consultant we came upon), he gave us a thorough introduction on the features and functions with excellent professionalism and knowledge, before/during/after our test drive. We have to say that if not for Jerome's patience, competence, and professionalism, our purchase decision and final drive off with this RRS will not be as easy and less stressful. Our first trip to VT proved our purchase to be nothing but great. Dealership Made Promises But Didn't Keep Them

This dealership made many promises to sell me a $100K Jag and then disappeared on my "We Owe" list. They did not follow through on items because I lived out of town. Maybe service is better if you live close by, but do not purchase a car from them if you live more than 25 miles away.

Purchase of my first Range Rover

My Wife and I came into the dealership looking at a Range Rovers listed on Cars.com, Gavin came out and greeted us as we were walking up to the door, Gavin showed us 2 Range Rovers they had in stoke at the time, my Wife and I really liked the one we did not even come to look at, Gavin showed us inside and gave us a price, we did tell Gavin we were going to look at another Range Rover at a different dealership and we would call him, after look at the other Range Rover (which was real nice and a little cheaper), we felt we would get better service from a Range Rover dealership then a MB dealership, and if it was not for Gavin's Friendliness, and making us feel like Family, we would have purchased the other Range Rover from the MB dealer. We have not had a chance to use the Dealership Service Department yet, and we are knocking on wood we only use it for oil changes. When we do we will rate the Service Department. My First Jaguar experience with Mr. Habati.
