Gavin is awesome!!
Monday afternoon I was not planning to buy a car I was just trying to have test drive for Range Rover Evoque which I've been thinking about since they came out. But I finally have the courage to call the dealer at spring hill Vienna VA and spoke to Gavin and He was really nice and offer me and my friend Nicki bottle water. After we chatted for a while I've decided to take test drive which I was a bit reluctant about it because I don't want to feel obligated buying a car. But I end up loving the car and decided to buy it. And LOVE it!!! thanks Gavin Kassiri. Subairi.

Third Jaguar purchase in 10 years
Jerome Cabbagestalk was great on our last purchase in 2008, so I went back to him again for this one in 2015. His easy manner, clear his professionalism and the way he dealt with me are a key reason why I went back there for our third Jaguar purchase at this dealership in 10 years - always naturally both an exciting and anxious experience!. Jerome did an excellent job in talking through the various options re new/lease/used etc and then taking us through all the great features on our new XF. I would happily recommend anyone thinking about a Jaguar to go and see Jerome!!

Service Support
I wanted to add some items to my car such as a roof rack, deployable steps, and some other items. I had my choice between four different dealerships in the DC area that were near me. I had had some previous experience with the Tysons Land Rover so I called over to see what the process/cost/timelines would be. I worked with Julianna over email to identify what parts I should order for my car, potential timeframes for the service, and high level estimates of the costs. I travel a lot and being able to work this out over email and brief phone calls made all of the difference in the world. Julianna was prepared, considerate, and followed through on the actions. When I showed up for the service, the staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and very polite. Several of the staff introduced themselves to me and everyone seemed happy. One of the technicians (Robert) stayed late with me to help explain some of the complicated portions of the roof rack (he was heading out when I arrived). Loaner vehicle was clean, full of fuel, and an easy experience. Two days later I decided that one of the items didn't work out the way I thought it would and Julianna worked a return for me within 24 hours. This dealership knows how to treat people. I will upgrade my vehicle in a year and they have my business...

Best car buying experience
Craig Faunce is amazing! Drove from Richmond to Tyson's Corner to see a Honda that was online. I was purchasing the least expensive car on the lot and was treated as if I was buying the most expensive. Everyone was very friendly, Craig was awesome .. the experience was the best. The 2007 Honda was in perfect condition - couldn't have been happier. Will definitely keep them in mind when I need to purchase my next vehicle. Thank you so much for everything.

Amazing Experience
I cannot express how happy I am with Rosenthal Jaguar and Craig Faunce. He made this the best buying experience I've ever had. I spent weeks looking for the right car and going from dealer to dealer, most of which just pushed me for a sale. Craig actually listened to me and worked with me to not only find options for my trade in, but also to get me a deal I was happy with on my new car. Wonderful new car buying experience!
Bought a new LR4 Lux from the dealership. Had to locate the options and color combo I wanted. The car was delivered way ahead of the promise date. The purchasing experience was so easy and there wasn't any sales pressure. It was such a wonderful experience and my husband admired my LRA4 so much that he has ordered a Range Rover HSE.

Gavin was the best. I have purchased a Range Rover before, but this was the first time that my car buying experience was as high end and top of the line as the vehicle that I purchased. Excellent Car Buying Experience!!
This is the second car I have leased from the dealership and have had the pleasure to work with Mr. Gavin Kassiri both times. Great accessories - great service
Bought my new Evoque on Sunday and by the time I was done driving it around for the day, I started to thumb through the Accessories catalog and, of course, found some really cool products. So, catalog in hand, I phoned Julianna Reckendorf (Accessory Specialist/ Event Coordinator for this dealership) on Tuesday. My experience with Julianna and the rest of the Accessories staff couldn't have been more top-shelf. Julianna answered all of my questions on the phone call, and we went back and forth by email as well. In the end, I get nearly all of those I ordered in the same day and Julianna was even nice enough to carry all of them (and some were pretty heavy) to my car for me while I paid at the cashier counter. She braved the 20 degree temps to provide door to door service! Bravo! This dealership keeps exceeding my expectations!
