This is my second car, from Palm Springs Mercedes and Cody my Sales guy was great !! The service on my first C43 was great although they are very busy and it is sometimes a hassle to have to wait for an appointment time to open up. Which I find is very typical everywhere we go these days. I look forward to car number three and working with with them to get that 50% off when you buy three deal !! LOL

My experience with Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs was

My experience with Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs was terrible. It started when I bought my 2020 Mercedes Benz C63s! I had it for about 2 weeks and the sunroof broke. I had 25,000 miles so It was under warranty. Before I get into this story it was a big accomplishment in life to get one of my dream cars the C63s. I made sure everything was perfect on the car and did a lot of research before pulling the trigger. I didn’t expect the sunroof to break but I knew it would be taken care of under warranty. So I brought my car to Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs. They got it in and took care of the job in two days. When I brought the car home I realized one of my rims have been hit and a nasty mark On the side was very visible. So I called them and they reviewed the video they take of the car before they start. There was no video taken so the service manager I was in touch with sent me pics of the life in the shop and the color left on the damage rim was the exact color as on the wheel. I’m the end he said he would have the wheel repaired but not replaced even though they didn’t take fault in the accident. It was very disrespectful how I was treated and also for not wanting to replace the wheel. If anyone reading this has seen a repaired wheel knows you can tell it was repaired. I bought this car in perfect condition and expect my car coming back to me in perfect condition especially when it’s a 100,000$ car. Worked really hard to buy this dream car of mine and i was not treated right or taken care of in the end. I will be going to corporate all continue my battle with Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs. Highly recommend on not taking your car here.

Jonny, we are very sorry that your wheel is scuffed. We empathize with you and understand how upsetting this must be for you. We have resources to repair that damage and offered to do so at no charge to you, even though we are absolutely confident that it did not happen while at our dealership. You refused and demanded a new wheel. Our lift towers are dark blue, but the arms are bright yellow. When one looks at the damage to the wheel and then at our lifts it is easy to realize how unlikely it would be for the towers of the lift to make contact with a wheel. In addition, one would think that since it is the left front wheel (the one you would most likely see when entering your car) you would have noticed it upon pick up but it seems to have taken days before you realized that there was damage. Then you came to the conclusion that it must be our fault. We have a lot of vehicles coming and going through our shop. There are times when vehicles are damaged. Our staff is trained, and our staff is careful, but it does happen. If we know we damaged a vehicle, we call the customer and let them know immediately and make the necessary arrangements to repair it. That is the right thing to do.
