Cody was awesome.

Cody was awesome. When the car we showed up to buy had already been purchased, he searched and found me one that was way better. I had spent hours searching the internet (and Mercedes USA site) for a car and he found one in 5 minutes. He facilitated the arrival of the car from out of town and made the transaction super easy. Way to go Palm Springs Mercedes!

The service is good if you can get anyone to answer the

The service is good if you can get anyone to answer the phones to make an appointment. You can wait for a computer to finally answer when you call the main number and ultimately be transferred to the service department which doesn't answer the phone until you've been waiting a long time, then a computer finally answers and tells you to leave a message and they will return the call, which they never do. This dealer has the worst phone service I've ever encountered.

Excellent Service Advisor.

Excellent Service Advisor. Professionals at all levels who work hard to provide as pleasant an experience as possible. MB Dealers normally provide a positive customer experience but Palm Springs MB in my opinion stands out. Have several options for quality maintenance work, and I choose to bring car to Palm Springs.
