The service is good if you can get anyone to answer the phones to make an appointment. You can wait for a computer to finally answer when you call the main number and ultimately be transferred to the service department which doesn't answer the phone until you've been waiting a long time, then a computer finally answers and tells you to leave a message and they will return the call, which they never do. This dealer has the worst phone service I've ever encountered.

MB Dealers normally provide a positive customer experience but Palm Springs MB in my opinion stands out. Have several options for quality maintenance work, and I choose to bring car to Palm Springs.
