It was easy to get an appointment and the service was

It was easy to get an appointment and the service was fast. I appreciate when a facility values my time. My only complaint is I wished that they had washed my car like some service places do. I wasn't looking for a full detail, but it does make a difference when little things like a clean car being handed back to customer.

No matter how many times I bring my vehicle to this

No matter how many times I bring my vehicle to this location, I have to wait over 3 weeks for something as simple as a quote. Always excuses like the technician isn’t there or he took time off or his family member passed or he’s on vacation or he went home early. Always an excuse for 3-7 weeks straight.

This is the worst possible experience when it comes to

This is the worst possible experience when it comes to service centers. Appointments don’t mean anything. Yesterday my wife had a 9:40am appointment and the car was checked in by the intake person at around 9:50am. She ended up leaving 3 hours later without the car being seen… There is no one to hold accountable, the manager could do nothing and basically was ok with wasting 3 hours of her day for no reason. When she spoke to the manager she was told that the issue we were there for usually required the car to be dropped off so it could be driven and tested, BUT that was never communicated when the appointment was made over the phone, or at the time she checked in. Extremely unprofessional.
