I no longer live in Washington and had purchased a gold

I no longer live in Washington and had purchased a gold certified pre-owned truck out of state. Two weeks later the heat in the cab stopped working while visiting family during the winter holidays. I have always had a good experience with Tom Denchel in the past. That being said, Abel Valenzuela did inform me that it could take up to 4 to 6 weeks to get the vehicle fixed. My only real complaint? When someone says they will call you and then doesn't call on 4 different occasions, then it gets frustrating, especially trying to coordinate transportation out of state. Seven weeks later the vehicle was fixed and because the repair took so long the dealership waived the $100 deductible required by the warranty.

I felt like they didn't have my interest in mind, the car

I felt like they didn't have my interest in mind, the car I bought was dirty and there was food under the seats in the back. The financing guy was very nice. They were all polite, just impersonal

Oil leak because excess oil under the pan was not wiped

Oil leak because excess oil under the pan was not wiped clean; sufficient oil was not up to the dip stick mark and had refill two pints; this was done at an oil service station. They show me before adding anything to my pick up; I don’t think I can trust your company.
