No communication with me what so ever, no help at all. Had my car for 2 months and didn't bother helping out with a loaner car or finding what was wrong with my car. Sent my car to a completely different dealership to work on it.

Eddie in the service dept.
Eddie in the service dept. did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout my service that day. They ended up having to get a part from the Tri-Cities and rather than wait 2-3 hours they agreed to drive me home to Selah and then went above and beyond to deliver my finished service truck to my home!
