Service department doesn’t do a very good job unless they

Service department doesn’t do a very good job unless they are told what to look for and sometimes even when you tell them they still do not do the little things like wiper fluid on a warranty routine service. Almost always have to get a second opinion then take it back to the service. The sales department takes about 6 hours to get the paperwork done when buying.

Attentive to vehicle needs. Contacted fidelity for maintenance package, saved me about $90 out of pocket.

$2000 later, it's doing the same thing as when I took an

$2000 later, it's doing the same thing as when I took an email to them and they did not reply to me. I should have chucked into Chevy. Maybe they would have fixed it right now. It's at my house. Where I'll fix it so it's done right

The truck took a year and a half to arrive.

The truck took a year and a half to arrive. The 23 is still lost in space somewhere. But the dealer did their best to help. Fords ordering process was a nightmare. But in the end, the dealer lived up to everything they promised. The price was what was expected and when the truck got here it was better than I expected. I would definitely go back the next time and get something I can see and feel. All in all it was worth the wait.

Jose Camposano is great he is the reason I continue to be a customer at Tom Denchel Ford in prosser. I have not had the greatest experience with your service department. Hopefully it will improve in the future.
