Mike Jacobs was professional, helpful and polite. He went above and beyond finding me a car, getting the car ready quickly and picking me up at Enterprise. The buying process was so smooth and easy I actually enjoyed it. Little things count; leaving with a full tank of gas shows the dealership’s commitment to customer service. When I buy my next car, I will definitely go back to Mike.

My experience with Koons Toyota was excellent. I was met in the garage & introduced to the staff who were very pleasant. and efficient. The waiting lounge was clean and comfortable. The time involved was, minimal and I was very happy with the service.

I had service on my 2001 highlander.
I had service on my 2001 highlander. The service manager was very polite and took care of my air conditioning problem. He called and found a condenser in Salisbury, He had it delivered and installed. Since I was on vacation and was the last day of my visit, the family was more than comfortable in a cooled auto in 96 degree weather. Thank you Koons service department.
