Mike Jacobs was very professional, and treated me with respect. He listened to what I wanted, provided me with options, and ended up putting me in a beautiful car. I will be telling all my friends and co-workers to call these guys when they need a car. A quality product at fair pricing

The work on my car was fine but I'm not impressed with

The work on my car was fine but I'm not impressed with the staff of the service department. They didn't call when my car was finished and when I showed up to pick it up right before the dealership closed late Saturday, the paperwork was nowhere to be found. I was told that the work hadn't been done and I'd need to pick up my car on Monday. But I needed my car! I asked for the key, planning to take my car without having it serviced. It also couldn't be found. After waiting around for a while, the sales manager helped to track down my key. It turned out that the car had been serviced but the paperwork had been put in the wrong place. As I said, not impressed.

Service by the Koons folks continues to be outstanding. In addition to very professional and thorough maintenance service, Mr. Cauffman goes out of his way to keep me fully informed about the vehicle’s condition. Could not ask for better service.

We don’t understand why it takes 3 hours for an oil

We don’t understand why it takes 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation on a Tundra. Previous Toyota dealer in NC could have me out in an hour! Service person said my Highlander battery was failing and needed to be replaced ASAP, 20 months later it’s doing fine! We’re finding issues with trust and time management. Needs improvement on both.

I wanted a nice Chevrolet Cruze because my old car had an accident. Koons had a really nice one, and Mike Jacobs was able to help make it work out for me. I took it home that night. Had a great time

I bought a 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, I never would...

I bought a 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, I never would have thought I'd own a Hybrid. It was a gas guzzler for me all the way. Let me just say Franklin my Sales Agent sold me on the idea and I was extremely impressed with Franklin's foresight regarding the Hybrid. I couldn't be more pleased. Very professional, made everything very easy. Job well done!
