I wasn't planning on buying the Bronco yesterday, but you adapted and worked with my time constraints. Another great experience at Koon's Toyota with Mike Jacobs! After letting Mike know what we were looking for, he actively searched and found our Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid in the color and options we wanted. He kept us informed through out the build and transport. Purchasing our car was smooth and enjoyable. Mike had everything set up. He pays attention to every detail. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all the wonderful features, synced our phones, put the Toyota app on our phones and put the tags on while we did paperwork with Chris. Everything was efficient, pleasant, and top quality. From the detail guys, to the finance people, to Mike Jacobs we were impressed and would highly recommend.

Just bought our second vehicle from Koons Toyota Easton
Just bought our second vehicle from Koons Toyota Easton (Maryland). Both times were great experiences. The price for both vehicles was the lowest that I could find in Maryland and Delaware. The new vehicle is a RAV4 Prime and Mike Jacobs guided us through the process painlessly and efficiently. All questions were answered before, during, and after the sale. Nothing was too much to ask. I would buy from Koons Toyota Easton again and hope that Mike Jacobs is still there to help us.
