Lewis was great.
Lewis was great. he was professional, friendly and explained how the whole process of ordering a car would work. The car arrived sooner than expected, and Lewis kept us up to date with progress. Max had a no budge attitude that was about to cause us to walk away and we would not deal with him again, but luckily Marcus stepped in and was absolutely wonderful and put the sale back on track.

Sales experience very good, Product Tech, Dylan Thomas knows the product and was great assistance deciding to purchase the RAV based on it was a lease vehicle I was deciding whether to keep or trade in. Finance department assisted making it a win win for both Koons and myself I believe.
