Basil Toyota are truly scammers!

Basil Toyota are truly scammers! They advertise low price in many different web sites, then bait and switch when you contact a salesperson where price is elevated above MSRP even! Manager then extremely rude and condescending. Beware.

The best dealer.

The best dealer. Very easy to schedule a maintenance appointment. They finished the 10 k appointment in less than 30 minutes. They have ann amazing waiting area.

This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Basil

This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Basil Toyota. There is a reason I continue to return there for my used car purchases. The teams there from sales to financing and service have ALWAYS treated me right. This last purchase , Ken in sales went over and above to help me out. I needed a car after mine was totaled in an accident. Ken helped me find what I needed and had me on the road again quickly. He accomplished this without taking advantage of me in my time of need. I am extremely thankful for that. So if you want good honest deals,you found the right place at Basil Toyota. Thanks again team!

Service wait times are AWFUL!

The service department is extremely disorganized and subpar. Which is unfortunate, as we continue to be loyal Basil customers. I had an appointment for a simple oil change on our truck. Have been sitting 1.5 hours and the truck has not moved. I asked the assistant service manager and he said that it goes in order and that is how it is. Completely dismissed me continued looking at his computer. Service goes a long way. And this will be the last visit to Basil, including purchasing future vehicles. It’s a shame!

I am an old guy - probably my last car purchase - who

I am an old guy - probably my last car purchase - who wanted a used Camry Hybrid and Basil had one reportedly reasonably maintained with higher than average mileage and a lower price. I trust the Toyota brand, if well maintained. The CarFax Report looked good with some missing routine maintenance contacts for the one owner. The dealer didn't offer any extra information even though this vehicle was sold by them and serviced there some. And the 120 point Used Toyota checklist skipped the BATTERY section (on a Hybrid!) Still, I chose this vehicle and tried to get a little "sweetener" with four extra rims, at cost. That request went nowhere and the listed price was the final price. So, not generous, but otherwise pretty straight up. I came by public transportation from out of town, on a Saturday, to pick up the car and Mr Frank Palumbo sent an employee to bring me the last 16 miles when the city busses were running infrequently. A mutually beneficial move! Would recommend this dealer to a sophisticated friend.
