I couldn’t be happier with the service, deal, and vehicle I got at Wickstrom CDJR! On my way to look at other cars, I popped in after seeing a vehicle I had previously loved. Eric Jensen greeted me right away and made me feel completely at ease—offering me coffee, snacks, a test drive, and the Carfax report. Even though I planned to keep looking, after test driving half a dozen other options, Wickstrom’s car stood out as the best—and the most reasonably priced, based on both KBB and Carfax. I still wanted a mechanic's inspection, and both Eric and sales manager Chris Moose were so accommodating—letting me take the car overnight for a full inspection. My mechanic gave it a big thumbs-up, and after that, Eric and Chris even raised their trade-in offer to match the best I’d seen—plus they discounted the sale price, pushing it into the "excellent" range on Carfax. Chris and Denise Ryman handled financing, and despite being on a fixed income, they got me a great rate that fit perfectly. I’m so grateful to Eric (no pressure at all!), Chris, and Denise for making this whole process smooth, easy, and truly enjoyable. I know I got a fantastic car at a fantastic price—thank you all so much!

We have bought our cars from Wickstrom for years (Leasing, and used cars)and have had great experiences. Jared has always been our sales go to guy as his knowledge with the cars is excellent. Honestly, the whole staff is great-if your thinking of buying a car you should do it!

Woody and Denise went above and beyond as far as making our experience a very pleasant one. We never felt pressured at anytime and offered us a fantastic deal. As we have had unsatisfactory experiences at other dealerships. Woody was very knowledgeable, and if you want a pleasurable car buying experience I recommend asking for Woody.

The first thing I noticed about Wickstrom Auto Group upon arrival was how amazing and welcoming their dealership appeared. The appearance was matched, however, by the employees and our sales person, Michael K. Michael was great in every aspect. He made sure all our questions and needs were met in a private suite. He really cared about making sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. Great teacher of the car and its abilities. I would highly recommend Michael.
