Great experience buying a new car with my son. Don DiPalo was low key and very thorough in covering all the options and details on the vehicle's operations. I was really impressed with the maintenance bay and the customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. My wife especially liked the low key no hassle buying experience. Prior to the sale we had multiple calls to Don Dipalo and all were returned promptly with complete answers. This dealer was not afraid to give you an out the door price before you came to the dealership. The price did not include a bunch of dealer added options which was also made the experience much easier and less confrontational.

Wow what a breath of fresh air! No games no typical xx you get at most dealerships these days. When we started our search we were contacted by a bunch of dealership, not one would give us an out the door price exept Jamie at Wickstrom. Jamie sent us the total price within minutes. Big thank you to Eric Jensen and support staff at the Wickstrom Ram dealership. I was only there to have routine maintenance done on my 2013 Ram, when I noticed the Power Wagon on the showroom floor. After checking out the truck for a short time, Eric approached me offering to answer any questions. Very friendly and not pushy, which is a must for me at car dealerships. Eric and staff were very patient with me as I kicked this decision around for quite a while. A short 6 hours later, I was driving home my new Power Wagon. I would highly recommend Eric and staff to anyone in the market for a new Chrysler vehicle.
