Smooth process all the way through. Eric Jensen was our sales rep and was easy to work with the entire time. We were able to test drive the Chrysler multiple times and any questions we had were answered clearly. Even with hiccups on our end (forgetting documentation), they were able to come up with quick alternatives to help.

Chris was awesome! We had a unique & specific request to find a vehicle with the extra features we wanted, which was very hard to find and he did it. He kept us informed through-out the process and when it can to purchase the vehicle there were no surprises. This was the second vehicle I purchase at Wickstrom and would recommend and go back to the dealer for future purchases. The entire process was effortless. Great job Chris!
