STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR UNNECESSARILY

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR UNNECESSARILY REPAIRS! So my check engine light came on in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, stopped at an auto zone to have the codes read. Code said it was the ESIM module. Took my Jeep in and asked the to replace the ESIM module. The said they will do a diagnostic check and let me know. When they called they said it was a completely different sensor, and a hose…. I said fine fix it. $525.00…. The next day the check engine light pops back on. So I call and they tell me to bring it back in. This time when they check they tell me it the ESIM module…. Now I am pissed as that is what they were supposed to fix the first time. Another $300.00. Feel like I totally got scammed to pay for things that did not need to be fixed. When I asked they, their response was well sorry that you feel that way. My recommend stay away from all Wickstrom dealers they are con artists and make you pay for things you did not ask for..

Excellent, Alex knew the features on both vehicles and

Excellent, Alex knew the features on both vehicles and explained them very well. He did comparison between the two. Answered every question I had on both vehicles. Very good sales skills and people skills. Very pleasant, good attitude, and professional.

Quickest and most efficient buying experience. Tristan knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it easily. No hours on end in the dealership going back and forth. She found me the best deal she could with the car I wanted.

Chris gave clear explanations, was always prepared for appointments, and worked with us as we made our decision. We never felt that he was pushing any particular choice or that we had to make a quick decision. We truly believe that Chris and the team at Wickstrom wanted to help us select a vehicle we would be happy with for the next several years. It was a pleasure buying our vehicle from Chris Krason and Wickstrom Auto! It has now been a week from our purchase.
