Buyer Beware: All the reviews on this place scamming customers – these are legitimate I would strongly encourage anyone considering this dealership to think twice before signing anything. During my purchase, the salesperson explicitly outlined me that sales tax was included in the out-the-door price. When I later reviewed the paperwork and tried to understand the numbers, I discovered that the finance department had entered $0 for taxes while rolling the actual tax cost into the purchase agreement as I live out of state. When I called seeking clarification, I was bounced between departments for days. Dozens of calls, no one able to provide a clear explanation or willing to help. The salesperson told me, “I don’t do the final numbers; talk to finance” The finance manager told me, “You’ll have to talk to the salesperson, I don’t write the deals” Back and forth, over and over again. No one would take ownership. No one could provide a clear explanation. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of accountability. There was no acknowledgment that their team had provided conflicting information, and no effort whatsoever to make the situation right. The message I ultimately received was essentially: “Yes, we slipped this past you, we can’t explain it, and you should have caught it yourself when you signed.” A reputable dealership earns trust through transparency and accountability. My experience was the exact opposite. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, I would scrutinize every number, question every explanation, and don’t assume anything you’ve been told is accurate until it’s in writing and independently verified. I tend to be a pretty trusting person, yet I now regret doing business with this dealership and would never recommend them to anyone looking for an honest car-buying experience.

Rizza 159th Scammes watch out i wanted pre certified suv,i never received suv truck i,asked for i was $12,000 upside down the second I drove suv off lot. I was lied to by dealership and its operation manager. I was told Vehincle was certified, it wasn't at the time I drove off lot off rizza lot.4/30/2026, 10:30pm after being pressured by Greg Parker sales person, Who repated Trust me over 50. Times. Im a senior citizen and was with a family member, who had to leave. I stayed and was trusting this trained Sales person.Greg encourage me to drive suv home bring back if i was unhappy. The next morning 9am i was back and address with a different person. Who stated your not getting your trade in back, we sold it. 24 hours had not passed. I was told to pick another choice if your unhappy.i was given a loaner ,never saw certified suv i was $47,000 thousand on the line for until rwo weeks later, If suv was certified when i signed why did it take over two weeks to return it to me?, dealer said replacement of wipers, new tires, was reason for me being in loaner? Nit sure suv was damaged and uncertified still that dose not take weeks. I signed 4/30/26 you said suv was certified when i sign. Fraud. This company committed fraud. I was alone in a dealer ship past 10pm. Five all men staff hovering like a game. Trying to get me to,sign. I told Greg i was uncomfortable 3 times. I call Greg at 11pm while i was driving home in fear, suv was sliding and i couldn't see, , I almost crashed ,no windshield wipers blades balled tires. I wanted my truck back and to cancel deal and they played games and lied until I went away.i took vehicle to car maxx its worth twelve thousand less than I paid and they made me pay for certification. They are the worst dealer ship .I plan to go to more out lets this is senior abuse and they clearly do this all the time. I will report them to everyone and ensure no one else has this experience.

My experience with Rizza Cadillac started off great, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I was promised top-tier service when purchasing my brand-new 2026 Cadillac Lyriq. I was specifically told that I would never need to drive my car in for service—that they would pick it up and provide a loaner vehicle whenever service was needed. Fast forward just two months later, my brand-new vehicle already needs service, and I’m now being told there are no loaner cars available. This directly contradicts what was promised at the time of sale and feels like a classic case of great sales talk followed by poor follow-through. On top of that, I was never fully informed or properly educated about the vehicle itself. For a car at this price point and a brand-new model, I expected a thorough explanation and a premium ownership experience. Instead, I feel misled and unsupported. Buying a luxury vehicle should come with luxury service—and unfortunately, Rizza Cadillac has not delivered on what they promised.

She was incredibly flexible with our schedule and made everything so easy.
