My experience with Rizza Cadillac started off great,

My experience with Rizza Cadillac started off great, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I was promised top-tier service when purchasing my brand-new 2026 Cadillac Lyriq. I was specifically told that I would never need to drive my car in for service—that they would pick it up and provide a loaner vehicle whenever service was needed. Fast forward just two months later, my brand-new vehicle already needs service, and I’m now being told there are no loaner cars available. This directly contradicts what was promised at the time of sale and feels like a classic case of great sales talk followed by poor follow-through. On top of that, I was never fully informed or properly educated about the vehicle itself. For a car at this price point and a brand-new model, I expected a thorough explanation and a premium ownership experience. Instead, I feel misled and unsupported. Buying a luxury vehicle should come with luxury service—and unfortunately, Rizza Cadillac has not delivered on what they promised.

My wife and I recently bought a GMC Acadia AT4 from Rizza Cadillac GMC, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we reached out online to the day we drove off in our new car, the staff was absolutely fantastic. Mary Mansour called us to set up our appointment, and she was a joy to work with! She was incredibly flexible with our schedule and made everything so easy. Honestly, I was expecting a typical high-pressure sales pitch, but Mary was refreshing and a big reason we decided to visit Rizza GMC in the first place. When we arrived, we were introduced to Anthony Rizza, who was super friendly and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and our budget. We were both really impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles and all their options. As first-time GMC owners, we felt welcomed and excited about our choice! And then came the part that usually makes people nervous—the sales and financing process. But not at Rizza! Anthony and his team made that part incredibly smooth and stress-free. We can’t say enough good things about how impressed we were with the entire process, especially with how Anthony took care of us. As someone who works in customer service, I truly appreciate great client interaction, and I’m so grateful we had both Mary and Anthony to guide us through everything. I purchased a 2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV V-Series from

I purchased a 2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV V-Series from Rizza Cadillac - GM Jim Allgretti last week 8/26/25. I live in Texas and I purchased the car over the phone, email, and texting. During the sale Rizza confirmed the car had 4 miles with no damage and was in perfect condition. Rizza Cadillac was paid in full through financing and the car shipped to me and was delivered on 8/31/25. Upon receiving the car through transport truck we discovered paint damage throughout the car. This was not caused by the transport company and it was determined it was like that when Rizza sold it to me. I’ve had the local Cadillac dealership in Houston look at it yesterday and they told me it came from the factory like that and Rizza had to have known about it, but sold it anyways. Jim Allgretti the GM told me they would not take the car back and that I would have to deal with GM Warranty. I paid over $200k, $20k over invoice for the Escalade and they will not admit what happened and are leaving me high and dry to figure it out myself. I’ve begged them all day today to please in good faith take it back and let me start over, I was told no that it’s minor and can be repaired through warranty. I’ve had two experts tell the the entire car has paint damage due to some sort of industrial exposure during clear coating. That’s major damage not minor. All I’ve asked is to take it back and not leave me with a lemon due to the paint being damaged. Buyer beware!!!

JC, I appreciate your response, and I did reach out to the GM Jim Allgretti. He is refusing to accept responsibility for this major paint issue that was not disclosed to me at the point of sale when I asked the condition of the car. Rizza has their money now and are forcing me to deal with it for a car I've not even driven yet. The local Cadillac dealership here in Texas said there is no way Rizza did not know about the paint issue. I would hope that someone addresses this with the owner, I would hope he is not endorsing this action. I have no choice but to take legal action against Rizza. Anyone reading this beware do not buy from Rizza unless you are at the dealership and have thoroughly inspected the car.

Consumer Alert: My Experience with Rizza Cadillac – Please Read Before Buying As a follow-up to my previous post, I want to share an unfortunate and frustrating experience I’ve had with Rizza Cadillac and my brand new 2025 Cadillac Escalade. I took delivery of the vehicle on August 31, 2025, from Rizza Cadillac. Upon arrival in Houston, I brought the vehicle to a local Cadillac dealership for inspection. To my shock, the Service Department Managers determined that approximately three-quarters of the vehicle must be repainted due to multiple paint imperfections and defects across the entire car. It has become overwhelmingly clear that Rizza Cadillac was aware of these issues and chose to proceed with the sale regardless. Rather than taking accountability, they’ve refused to accept the vehicle back or take ownership of the problem. I'm now being forced to work through Cadillac Care and legal counsel to resolve a situation that never should have happened with a new luxury vehicle. The General Manager at Rizza Cadillac, Jim Allgretti, has refused to do the right thing and correct this matter, a stance I find deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable for a brand that claims to value its customers. This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and costly. I’m sharing this so that other consumers are aware of what can happen and the lack of support you may receive. Please beware of doing business with Rizza Cadillac.

Went in to test drive a vehicle and told them I wanted

Went in to test drive a vehicle and told them I wanted the vehicle. I got approved for financing and signed a form where we agreed to the sales price. Was told that the vehicle still needed to go through inspection so I was unable to buy it that day. I was told that they would put a for sale sign on it after I signed the price agreement and would let me know when it finished inspection by Mon the next week. I texted the sales rep daily after the week passed so that I could come in and complete the sale. I was told that the vehicle was still going through inspection and that they were waiting for parts. The day after being told that the vehicle was still waiting for Parts, they texted me and told me that they sold it to someone else. They have no integrity and do not honor their word!
