it was fine, except

When i picked up my car and I had a question about how to adjust the 'exit' setting, there was nobody around to help me...Then the car valet said it couldn't be changed, but i'd rather have heard it from someone with a little more experience.

It has always been excellent

This was my 8th car bought from them and they have always provided the best sales experience. I have always bought my cars from Bob Schmerler and Bob has gone out of his way to get the exact car, color and interior that we wanted. The whole sales force is excellent. We went from a 2011 RX450h to a hard to find 2020 RX 450hl. They got us the exact car we wanted, at a good price and got us an excellent price for our trade in.

I had been looking for months

Fred saw me looking at the RX selections in the lot and introduced himself. His personable approach to the test drive and the absolute high quality of the car sold me then and there. Two days later we negotiated a trade in price for my 2013 and I left with the deal I was hoping for. I will definitely look to Woodfield for my next purchase. Caryn is completely versed in making the finances work and a pleasure to deal with, too!

Great experience

I know it's a car lot, but it was difficult finding a place to park. I wound up back by the car wash. Other than that, it was a great experience. Pat Chan, the sales consultant, was friendly and knowledgeable and took me on a great test drive. Derrick walked me through the tech, making everything easy.
