Tonya Plutz is the best in the Service Department
After relocating to the NorthWest Suburbs of Chicago from the SF Bay Area (California)I have visited this dealer several times and received mediocre service compared to the service in California. HOWEVER on a friends recommendation to work with Tonya Plutz I decided to return one more time. Tonya is Knowledgeable, Fast Working, Friendly and a joy to work with. She is no nonsense when you are in a hurry to get in and out AND also will take the time to explain things or chat when you do have the time. I cannot say enough good things about my last 2 visits for service (with 2 different vehicles) when working with Tonya.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff, and quality service.
I took my car into Woodfield Lexus for 90,000 mile scheduled maintenance service. My service rep, Tonya, was very courteous and very knowledgeable. She explained the services that Lexus would provide and answered my questions in detail. After completing the service, Tonya called me and discussed the results of the maintenance work and inspection. No additional repairs were required. I have not had any issues with my car since taking it to Lexus. Woodfield Lexus did not charge me for unnecessary repairs and they have quality service. They also provided me with a nice loaner car.

Mr and Mrs.Kapes
We really appreciate it the style of salesmanship. We were not followed around as we looked at many cars and then when we walked towards the salesman they asked if we needed help instead of hounding us. Then we had a very personable salesman, Marty Whitney explain all the features of the car we were interested in. The detail explanation was exceptional and made us feel very comfortable about asking questions. Instead of pushing for a sale he said think about it and contact me again if youre interested, that was a big surprise and welcome greatly. Then after we purchased we were introduced to a fantastic young man who explained all the electronics and computer systems to us. His knowledge was remarkable . Derek Dukey Has an amazing amount of patience and expertise in explaining something that I could understand. I found him to be extremely friendly even offering to call him, which I half to explain something again. I highly recommend this organization and there employees.

I experienced a flash flood earlier this year during an overnight stay in Kearney, NB. Within a span of 10 minutes, the hotel parking lots were inundated with water that almost reached my door handles. Luckily I was inside my hotel room but was sickened to look out the window at my 3 month old ES350 in this mess. I made it back home to Schaumburg four days later and Woodfield Lexus was one of my first stops. I had leased several autos from them and always had a great experience but I never expected the unreal level of service I received from these folks.. To shorten a very long story, Jack Rossman spent several days searching the entire country for a similar auto to mine while Dan Rosen did everything he could to make the experience as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. It took a few days, but Jack ultimately located a virtually identical match to my totaled automobile. Had he not found it, I would have been forced to either take a different car (which I really didn’t want) or wait around 4 months for a 2020 special order. Woodfield Lexus arranged to have the car shipped cross-country, provided me with a loaner vehicle in the interim and set my lease payments slightly lower than they had previously been. And the best news for me was the Lexus Financial practice of maintaining gap insurance coverage on their leases so my sole out-of-pocket was a $100 deductible! This dealership and these gentlemen represent Lexus at the highest standard and have my unending gratitude.
