Went and had the vehicle inspected. Made an appointment to have the car inspected arrive on time they inspected the car and was on my way.

It took two trips and two days on my second visit to get the camera fixed, but they did fix it so overall a good job. The people there were very polite.

My issue is not with the dealership but with one person who refused to listen to me and check my car for an issue I was having with transmission after multiple visits because they weren't getting a code. Because of their actions my car almost stalled while crossing highway and transmission failure popped up. After taking car back to dealership they kept my car for 3 weeks. I will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau

The best thing about Al is that he communicates with you to let you know what's gonna happen and that is very important to me because other dealerships have left me hanging with no communication and I just took a Uber home. With Al, I can always make plans ahead of time. I've used other dealerships before and Al is by far the best.
