OK, but waiting lobby was the least customer friendly

OK, but waiting lobby was the least customer friendly I've ever visited. While they had a coffee machine, no cups. They neglected to tell customers to bring their own cups. I kinda regret purchasing from them.

Cory is awesome!

Cory is awesome! I recently bought a used car (not from Bowditch) for my teenage son that had an engine light pop on during the drive home. The code correlated to a repair covered under a Ford extended warranty. Wynne Ford wanted to charge me to diagnose it instead of just replacing the part called out in the warranty (because it wasn’t a recall). Cory was super helpful and took care of the repair issued by Ford without charging me for something I already knew. I strongly recommend letting him help take care of your vehicle, he took care of ours without charging us unnecessary money (which feels rare in the auto service industry)
