I took in my Mustang GT because of a coolant issue.

I took in my Mustang GT because of a coolant issue. Al quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. Once the parts arrived he got right on it. Great communication along the way. I would also like to thank the service tech who did the work.

Just avoid this dealership.

Just avoid this dealership. We found the truck we wanted on Facebook Marketplace. The lady who handled the initial online contact was very nice. Because of the reviews I had read on Boditch prior, we were very hesitant to even inquire and shared this with her. I wish I could find this lady so I could share our disappointment was confirmed and sealed as of today! Also note, be careful with their shown price on Marketplace. It will not be the true price. Do not be a sucker like us. Read the tiny print! Because I shared my concerns about the bad reviews it does seem like everyone went out of their way to say hello when we walked into the dealership to buy our truck. Why do I say this? My husband went to today to get our first oil change and our truck detailed (which was a promissory detail from Boditch because they had no detailer on site when we bought out VERY dirty truck). All the windows had slime on them, it was fairly dirty inside and the outside of the truck could have been cleaner. We understood and were excited to get the truck actually cleaned as promised. What a joke! My husband said he walked into the dealership and felt like he could have been a ghost! No one greeted or even acknowledged him! It was reminiscence of the prior reviews we had read! He said it was awful. The detailing was completely SHAMEFUL. Windows untouched, wet puddles of water left on the floor mat and the truck was soaking wet on the outside. A young kid did the work. My husband is going to go outside and clean his windows in his truck for the next 30 mins plus because Boditch cannot back up their promises. We have a dirty truck that should not be that way, period. We should have had a perfectly clean truck and no hard feelings against this dealership! We gave them that opportunity. We truly did!! Did I tell you my husband had to drive an hour and half to get this quality of work done? Hopefully the changed the oil correctly! At minimum, our new truck should have had clean windows! The purchase of the truck… I told them specifically I was not going to pay more than 4.99% interest rate. I assumed they would get that for us considering both my husband and I have 800 plus credit scores. While getting to the home run stretch and filling out the paperwork we were hit with an almost 8% APR. At that point we just accepted it. I also should have EXPECTED it. The finance manager let us down. He never once explained our APR even though I had explained very clearly, nothing over 4.99%. It was slick. It is the finance MAIN job to get the rate you request and deserve! We immediately refinanced our vehicle at 4.62% and got 200 bucks for switching over to Navy credit. Glad to be out of anything with Boditch!

Got an oil change it took forever and it’s overpriced.

It appeared that the location was short-staffed; however,

It appeared that the location was short-staffed; however, the female staff member on duty did an excellent job managing all customers. She efficiently drove vehicles into the bay, completed checkouts, and handled everything with patience and friendliness, never showing frustration despite working alone. My oil change was completed in about 45 minutes, which I was super excited about!

Called for a price on purchase of 4 tires told had

Called for a price on purchase of 4 tires told had discounts and quoted ask when dropped off the price told get it when picked up ..price was several 100 more told 1 discount did not apply and the cost was more to have ties installed
