Bowditch Ford

I called in advance to ensure I could be seen. Upon arrival, I was told I could not be seen because the mechanic who did the work previously was not in. After explaining I was concerned for my safety, I was allowed in. All went smooth from there.

Going to a dealership is supposed to be a place of excellence top notch place to take care of your vehicle. I really didn't don't think it's a place of excellence as I would think. Being a spouse of a person that worked in the dealership world and was trained for excellent for 40 + years excellence I can go anywhere and get average below average service. I did not think I went to an exceptional place!

I am treated so well. I go there for all my car inspections and full maintenance. I would never even think about going anywhere else!!They take excellent care of me!!
