We got a oil change and they left the oil cap on top of the radiator. Luckily I found it soon after the service was done. They probably would of charged me for a new one. There quality is falling short but there prices are going through the roof. I am having a hard time with servicing the vehicle there in the future. And Ford itself is not helping the problem.
