When I arrived at the service department for my

When I arrived at the service department for my appointment, Al told me the young lady would take care of me. When I started speaking with the young lady, Al spoke over me and spoke for her, rude and dejectedly. When asking questions about my car Al basically told me I was tough out of luck with every question.

Always friendly customer service. Wait times are reasonable. They don't try to upsell unnecessary maintenance.

It was good besides I took a while to get my second key

It was good besides I took a while to get my second key and I was never given my free full tank of gas but besides that she was very nice and pleasant to talk to

‘The works’ oil change ‘starting at $59.

‘The works’ oil change ‘starting at $59.99’ turned out to be close to $100. The shuttle while complimentary took 1.5 hours until available. $4.99 ‘doc fee’ is xxxxxxxx and not mentioned up front.
