2020 Ford Escape Hybrid has the 12v battery in the back.
2020 Ford Escape Hybrid has the 12v battery in the back. Only thing you need to do to change it is open the lift gate and you see the battery in front of you. It takes literally 3 minutes to change it and nothing to remove except the spare tire. They charged me 120$ labor for this. It is ridiculously expensive. Some places do it for free when you buy battery. I am extremely unsatisfied with my service.

I called about my seatbelt being frayed around October of
I called about my seatbelt being frayed around October of last year. I was told by the lady there that they'd reach out to me, but I never heard anything until 2/13. She told me my pretensioner was ready for my Mustang (there had been a recall). I scheduled my appointment for 2/20, and I ended up getting the seat belt replaced and had to pay almost 700 dollars, when I thought it was going to be a recall fix, which should have been free. Apparently the lady who talked to me doesn't work there anymore, and the number she called me from doesn't appear to be attached to Bowditch. Overall just a bad experience.

DO NOT BOOK HERE FROM IUT OF TOWN.
DO NOT BOOK HERE FROM IUT OF TOWN. They care more about making a sale than the customer experience. I called to make a reservation on a car a day prior. By the end of the day the car was sold and they made no attempt to let me know before making the trip. They called me before my trip to confirm me still coming in without telling me the car i was interested in was sold. They got me in to try and persuade me to buy a completely different car. Very Unprofessional and Upsetting. Ashely will not help with making your experience great. THEY ONLY WANT A SELL. Terrible Experience. Took a bus and had to find a way home 3 hours away because they chose to try and make a sale rather than inform a customer.
