Excellent competent service!

Excellent competent service!! The best!! We went to southern Ford Newport news and they could not fix our truck in 3 months. On the other hand bowdwitch did it in 24 hours just because they had to order a part. We are extremely happy with them and will continue our business here.

I have been in several times and notice the "fix" is

I have been in several times and notice the "fix" is typically to reset the service engine notification. I am not an expert however I have worked on several vehicles over the years and was taught that is not the solution. I then have had to bring the vehicle back in and am charged more money to actually fix the issue. In essence I'm being charged twice for the issue that was not addressed. Additionally, the service manager Al is not very customer service friendly. Not allowing me to explain the issue and share what I'm experiencing with the vehicle.
