I called Al at the last minute to get a oil change and
I called Al at the last minute to get a oil change and state inspection and he said bring it in and he will get it done. Less than 2 hours later it was ready. Thanks Al for the great service

Good service it was quick this time. Nice service writer. If you’re on a budget like I know most people are get a quote prior to getting service. I had the WORKS package done moreover, my first oil change was free (since I purchased the vehicle from them) furthermore get ready to pay I wanted my engine air filter replaced and my cabin filter replaced even though the service writer said it was not necessary. My total price $175. $86 for labor, $71 for parts, $13 for misc charges which includes a $4.99 processing fee and sales tax $4.80. This is not a complaint it’s a notice to all customers of Dealership pricing.

I continue to be pleased with Bowditch Ford’s kind and thoughtful service. I am sorry “pick up and deliver service is no longer available. However, I found Al to be very accommodating. He told me when to come back so I wouldn’t have to wait so long to have my car inspected. So I did my weekly grocery shopping and returned at his recommend time. Then waited only about 45 minutes for the job to be finished. And he didn’t charge me for the inspection. So yes, I am pleased with the service you offer.
