I don't know what is happped but in the last several years the service response has somewhat changed for the worse! It has been difficult to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment or just ask a question these days. I also don't get service reminders any more like I once did. However , I do feel they still do good work. But I really don't like the difficulty I have sometimes speaking to a person if needed.

They don't follow though or get back to you and they don't let you know what's going on

Al has always given the best service. I have been using Bowditch for 10 years. And Al has been up front and honest about pricing and the work needed done. Look forward to my next purchase.

Works package preformed. Also A/C system recharged. Everything was done and finished as promised by Al.

waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. This is something that normally takes 45 minutes.
