I took my vehicle in for service on August 31 to have the oil changed and tires rotated although I am unaware whether the oil was changed. I have handprints all over my vehicle and the wheels were not rotated as part of the service. I am aware of this as the wheels and tires have marks on them, and I had glanced at this before the service. The wheels and tires were in the same locations, which means they did not rotate the tires as their documentation stated.

Very good with keeping me up to date with my repairs. Feel like they took that extra step in truly trying to diagnose the issue. It was the 3rd business to look at my vehicle and the one that had success. A big thank you to Al and the Master Mechanic who worked on it.
