Bowditch Ford

Cory is awesome! I recently bought a used car (not from Bowditch) for my teenage son that had an engine light pop on during the drive home. The code correlated to a repair covered under a Ford extended warranty. Wynne Ford wanted to charge me to diagnose it instead of just replacing the part called out in the warranty (because it wasn’t a recall). Cory was super helpful and took care of the repair issued by Ford without charging me for something I already knew. I strongly recommend letting him help take care of your vehicle, he took care of ours without charging us unnecessary money (which feels rare in the auto service industry)

I believe I was told a lie. A perfectly good air filter thrown away and im charged for another. When I saw my filter it looked like it had been round in trash.

Al was able to get my car in quickly. They were able to diagnose what the issue was and fixed it quickly with minimum wait time. I know that he really cares about my car and making sure that it performs so I never have to worry about having any issues.
