I return to Bowditch because of the customer friendly

I return to Bowditch because of the customer friendly treatment I receive from Al Cusano. He’s been the best service manager I’ve worked with for the past 10 years. Also I met Cory eho was also areal pleasure to deal with. Service and people were outstanding.

I haven’t even received my vehicle and they won’t update

I haven’t even received my vehicle and they won’t update me on it. When ever I ask about the vehicle they just tell me to check back on this day or that day. Wouldn’t even give me a loaner car since my vehicle is waiting for a headlight. They took my down payment and have been unhelpful and down right unprofessional

Mechanic informed me that the service advisor asked him

Mechanic informed me that the service advisor asked him not to tell me about issues he found with my vehicle. I had had increasingly worse service over the years and have finally decided to move on to a different Ford dealer for service.
