I always have a good experience when I bring my car into the shop. It's why I keep bringing my car back. Al is very informative when I ask questions and the work is always done to my expectations and I don't feel like they ever try to upsell me with something else or have work done that's unnecessary.

Totally unsatisfactory and disappointed in the works service I received last Thursday April 16 at your dealership. This is Sunday morning and I was getting ready to take a long trip to visit my son in North Carolina. I decided to check my oil for the first time since having the oil changed at your service department. I was totally stunned to find that the oil level the was extremely overfilled to the point of being more that double the normal level and also appeared that possibly was just never drained and 6 quarts of oil were added and/or never had the oil filer change done either since the oil appears more dirty than normal for a new oil change. I will be contacting your service department immediately Monday morning and expecting someone to arrive at my location Monday AM to take note of the situation and resolve this issue ASAP. If there is any damage to my vehicle as a result of the overfilling of the oil level I will expect it to be resolved at no cost to myself. This has caused me to cancel my trip as well which is also very unfortunate. I will be reaching out to Ford to file a formal complaint if I do not hear for someone immediately Monday for a quick resolution.

Not very impressed with service department. I have been waiting for several months, constantly calling, even told to bring truck in, and there’s always an excuse or they didn’t have a part. I’m at wits end.

He was courteous, kept me informed on the progress of the work on the car. The mechanic was also 5, he came in and explained everything about the work and inspection.

Wonderful, I was in need of service and THEY worked it out for me. Fantastic group of people ❤️
