Yeah the gentleman who always take care of me Mr Tristan and the mechanics always do a good job and I trust them to really tell me what I need as far as service on my vehicle.As far as I’m concerned I trust their customer service

After trying other Ford dealerships in my area, I found it. Bowditch Ford is the best. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I know I am in good hands. They have proven that to me over and over again. Shout out and thank you to Al Cusano, Tristen Brannon, Lee Higgs, Rusty Wallace, Azia Davis, Frank Rounds, Maurice Hill,Jennifer Nolan, and Walter Holmes for always providing me the best service and always being so friendly. You all are the reason I keep coming back to Bowditch Ford.

No communication between sales person and buyer after the sale,the truck was given to me with a empty tank of fuel I made them fill it up truck spent 3 weeks in the service department and still did not get repaired correctly,I had to drive from Richmond 4 times to check on the status of my truck due to not getting a single phone call back,the clean up on the truck was sub par,engine compartment want even washed rear window was covered in cigarette smoke,had to pay $300 to have the truck interior cleaned and deodorized,the main problem with the drivetrains on the truck was not repaired at all now I have to take it to Hendrick Chevrolet in Richmond to have a rear differential installed,there was not 1 returned phone call from the sales department during the 3 weeks it sat in the service department,front left tire should not of pass inspection due to a off road rope plug installed in it,a major miss during the inspection,the inspector did not drive the truck before the inspection or they would of caught the bad rear differential. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Dept of Consumer Affairs and the Attorney Generals office as well,I also plan to file a small claims court case on it as well if I don't hear anything back,I would never recommend this dealer for any thing,I sent a r mail to the GM of the dealership never heard a word back...

Service is always excellent. Fixes any problems quickly. I have had Bowditch do all of the maintenance on my vehicles for 20 years.
