They took their time answering questions I had. Very helpful. Helpful resetting my phone to CarPlay. Talked about possible upgrade with Jeremy Benson. Samantha helpful with Spitzer App.

I was in total panic about my disabled MDX, towed to

I was in total panic about my disabled MDX, towed to Spitzer while they were experiencing power outages. Samantha was helpful from the beginning, keeping me updated and getting my car back to me in time for its body work. I will be returning for all my regular maintenance.

Upon arrival, Keith took care of initiating the work

Upon arrival, Keith took care of initiating the work order. In the customer waiting area, I spoke with my sales rep (Jeremy) about how much I like my RDX. When my vehicle was done, Layne Ciminel completed the paperwork & I paid accordingly. All 3 of these individuals were congenial, highly professional & focused on making sure I was a satisfied customer.

It was a nice waiting room.

It was a nice waiting room. Layne was helpful. The recalled item took close to a year or more to get in to do but once they had it I was able to get it done quickly. I had one minor issue but it was easy to correct from the phone call I made.

Arranging a time for service took a ridiculous amount of

Arranging a time for service took a ridiculous amount of time. Dropping off my vehicle for service took infinitely longer than I ever would have expected. Pick up and actual service was good but, overall, very lacking compared to competition.

Everything was fine Everything went smooth and pretty efficiently , the inventory, color, and price was what I was looking for , the salesman was great . IF we could have got the same 2% finance rate on the RDX I would have spent the extra $10k for that .
