    The front desk manager, don’t recall his name, a gentleman with white hair fixed quickly the incident of not having my dash board reset after the oil change.... It is professional like this, that knows how to take charge and make things work perfectly when it needs, these are the people who make a difference in a successful business.

    Bought a used car from this dealer. On test drive there appeared to be transmission issues. Salesman claimed car passed "150 point inspection". No way... transmission is a problem. Bought car on their commitment that if there was a problem they would fix it. Immediately it was clear there were serious and obvious transmission problems. Took the car back. Salesman and service manager assured me - "no problem we will make it right." Took the car and gave me a loaner. 1 week later they returned the car - transmission fixed! On drive home, transmission clearly not fixed. Turned around and took it back. Service manager assured me - this time we will fix or replace it. 1 week later, get car back. Same thing. This time, when I brought it back, service/dealer manage took a different tack. "We spent $1,000 trying to fix it- you bought it, it is your problem now. I said - I paid you top dollar for this car based on your representation that the transmission was fine. It isn't. Now I have to fix it. Expensive and a pain in the butt. What are you going to do to "Make it right"? Answer nothing - tough luck. sucks to be you right now. This is what to expect if you have a problem.
