We purchased a 2016 Honda Hrv, absolutely incredible people! Patrick Krott was my main go to guy salesman, he was great, and helped me through the new technology of the new car! My salesman, PATRICK, was willing to go above and beyond, letting me test drive several vehicles, and then finding the exact CIVIC EX I wanted and having it brought over from a different dealership. Patrick was knowledgeable and efficient. VICTOR, the sales manager and BRYAN, the finance managers worked with me to get me what I felt was the best and a fair deal. BRYAN made the paperwork painless and got it done FAST! Finally, when it was time to drive home in my new car it looked BEAUTIFUL thanks to the RECONDITIONING DEPARTMENT!

Found Honda online. Contacted dealership salesman responded. Made appointment to look over and test drive. Salesman was very pleasant to work with. Bought car. Finance guy very patient and helpful. Had some small issues. Salesman and finance guy very willing to get info and make things right. Mechanic was pleasant and did best to figure out problem. Turned out to be no issues after all. Very pleased with experience .

I found the vehicle online and deemed it to be a good vale for the price. I started a chat with a Kyle W. He answered all of my questions without pressure. We decided to make the 50 mile drive to look at the van. Kyle said he would have it washed and ready for a test drive and it was. Everyone was friendly and explained things very well. They bent over to schedule a return trip to add a few options we purchased. I would purchase a vehicle here again despite the drive.

I gave this dealership 5 stars. Not pushy an do anything to go over and beyond to get you in the vehicle you want. Highly recommended !
