Buying at Preston Honda equals AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!

We have purchased many cars in our 49 year marriage. This was by far the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! No pressure just kindness and concern from Mark Sanata and Bobby Preston to ensure we had the best car for us! We recommend Preston Honda if you want to enjoy your car buying experience!

Another good experience with Mark Sanata

Mark Sanata is always a pleasure to work with when we need a car. We were open to new or used and the timing was right. Mark picked up on the opportunity and we got exactly what we needed.

Great purchasing experience!

We had purchased 2 vehicles previously from Preston Honda, but have since moved out of the New Castle area. When shopping for a 2017 Pilot, Victor was able to beat the best deal we got from a larger dealership south of Pittsburgh. He made us feel like our business and loyalty was highly valued. He and Conor were knowledgeable and professional. The buying process was by far the best one we've had, and we couldn't be happier with our Pilot! Even if you have closer Honda dealerships near you, you must at least talk to Preston. Theses guys make it worth the extra distance!

Professional and Courteous

I just purchased my second new Honda from Preston Honda. Mark Sanata made the whole buying process a very satisfying experience. He is very professional, no high-pressure selling. He is also very knowledgeable about Honda cars. Bobby Preston was also helpful in closing the deal. He worked very hard to ensure I got a good value for my trade-in.

It was a good experience buying a car here.

This was a good experience. The salesman and credit manager were very helpful. There was no high pressure sales tactics and everyone was polite. Honda makes great vehicles, this is my 3rd one!

worked with me and my husband for a better deal

this was my third honda dealer to shop for a new honda.they returned calls and worked with us,unlike the other honda dealers.friendly people.the owner came by to help with the deal too.you can see they work together

Amazing Service!

What a team of professionals here at Preston Honda. I had an embarrassing, simple issue with my vehicle. The team corrected the problem at no charge and sent me on my way in record time! Thank you!

No longer have vehicles to borrow

I have always taken my Honda to Preston. Great service great people and they even gave a loaner vehicle. Well that has changed! They no longer give out loaned vehicles to people to use for the day. They only do over night loaners. Well for a working mother this makes it impossible to drop my car off. When I questioned this new policy because I had never run into this issue before they were very rude and short with me. Basically all they said was it is out of my control and that is our policy. They did not care how it would affect me and that I could no longer do business with them.

Great experience

Patrick at Preston Honda was very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about the new 2017 CR-V. Everyone st the dealership was friendly and quickly got me the car I wanted with the accessories I wanted. They matched the best price and add ons I had been offered at other local dealerships. Everyone who sees my new car wants one. I sincerely send them to Preston Honda and Patrick for the best new Honda buying experience.
