Outstanding service
I needed a car in a hurry for my daughter and her children. I had limited funds to assist her but Paul M. came through with flying colors. The experience in an emergency situaltion was outstanding with everyone involved showing concern for the situcation. 3rd vehicle I bought through Paul and will go back for the next one (or more) given the chance. Great experience
The personnel at Preston Honda made the experience of purchasing a vehicle seem hassle free and enjoyable. I felt very informed, yet at the same time not pressured. I was particularly impressed with the assistance of Victor Piccone and Patrick Krott, whom among others treated me very well. I'd highly recommend Preston.

Got what I was looking for
Needed a newer vehicle to deliver mail. 03 CRV had over 200,000 miles and many repairs. Found a '11 CRV with low mileage at Preston. Salesman Patrick Krott was very helpful and we struck a pretty good deal. Had a minor issue that was solved LPvery quickly with no hassles. Very pleased with overall experience. Have no qualms recommending Preston to anyone looking for a Honda.

did not understand warranty info
made us pay $30 dollars to fix a flat tire when we had warranty protection on new vehicle. Could had Jeep warranty protection from Preston Jeep transferred.

Bobby Preston/Patrick Krott were great!
What a spectacular experience we just had at Preston Honda in New Castle! Our Salesperson, Patrick Krott along with the Owner, Bobby Preston couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. Very pleasant and willing to work with us on a few minor details. We just drove off the lot with a very nice used vehicle for our new teenage driver and we are delighted with the entire experience from the Owner, to the Finance Manager, to the Salesperson. Go buy a car here! You won't regret it!
