i been wanting my dream car for years

I love my van

I was very satisfied with the professionalism of this dealership. Everybody was Very nice to me and my children. They showed me lots of cars and we're very patient with me. Sales experience

Made original contact via Internet with Kurt regarding a used truck, following up with several phone calls and then scheduled a time to come in to Preaton Honda. Our drive to the dealership was delayed as a massive storm rolled thru the area in the late morning, but we stayed in touch with Kurt and the Sales Manager rescheduling for later that same day. As we live in Venango County, or travel time is two hours so it was important that we confirmed the availability of both the truck and the salesmen. In the final hour as we approached the dealer so we tried four times to speak to either Kurt or his sales manager letting them know we were going to be twenty minutes late do to traffic, but neither were available to answer our call. When we walked in a salesmen told us to wait out front and Kurt would come out. Eventually the Sales Manager came out to say Kurt had to go home early and was not there, even though he had assured us just hours before via phone and email that both Kurt and the Truck were available. However the Sales Manager told us that not only was Kurt not inside as he left early but that someone else had just bought the truck that we had came for just one minute before we arrived. The most unprofessional and openly underhanded sales experience I have personally endured since I have been buying cars, and that is a long time. I realize dealerships push "numbers" over customer loyalty in this present cyber-car-sales, never gonna see you again Sucker arena that we are forced to shop in, but it is wrong. Bernard Williams (my first Honda was a 1972 N600- my current car is a 2015 CRV). NOT BOUGHT AT PRESTON

Great service, Friendly staff

Helped me get financed and able to leave with a great car. The staff was very friendly and helpful the whole time and got me a great monthly payment as well

Wonderful!

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord at Preston Honda. Kurt Abraham and Paul Makarevich was very courteous, attentive and knowledgeable to to what I was looking for in a car. They went above and beyond to help with my selection without any pressure u normally get from other dealerships.The hospitality my fiance and I received was the absolutely the best. We will not go to another dealer ever again but Preston Honda. Thank You Guys! Tonya Archuleta

Friendliness was five star!

Great Service!

Had a great experience when looking for a new CR-V. Staff answered all of my questions, gave advice when needed, and were not pushy at all. Very patient with me until I made up my mind. Worked mostly with Larissa Stefano, and am very pleased with her service. Also worked with Dale Brown during my test drive, and he was very informative. Bryan Rodgers in Finance was equally helpful as well. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend Preston to others!

Still smiling!

Nice dealership! The entire staff is great from sales to service. Kurt Abraham did not want to just sell me a great car, but to sell me a car that also met my needs. Valerie Villani was wonderfully patient and kind when it came to answering my questions when we set up financing for my purchase. I love my car and know I will be recommending this Preston group to my family and friends.
