Excellence experience.

Keith and Paul were very helpful with the purchase of a certified used vehicle. Had some minor issues but they were extremely accommodating with the inconvenience

Helpful and friendly experience

Preston Honda in New Castle provides a friendly and helpful environment. This is my first car and I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. Keith Cruse was extremely friendly and helpful when I leased my car. He makes it a priority to make customers happy not only leasing/buying a car, but even after. I know I could call him with a question and he would not hesitate to help me. I will definitely be back in the future to deal with him.

Customer for life

Walking onto Preston-Honda's lot, I'll admit, I was skeptical at first... As a first time car-buyer I didn't know what to expect, my car had blown through another head gasket and I was desperately in need of a car, but didn't want to compromise with something I didn't like. Looking around their lot they have a GREAT selection. I've dealt with other dealers that have the "back lot" but that wasn't even an option at Preston. The quality of cars they put on their lot are unlike any other I've seen before! They even had the Car Fax inside available while you test drove vehicles. My salesman, Justin, was able to make recommendations which resulted in finding the best car for me at the best price. Financing was a breeze and they even helped me get great car insurance! On their website they provide the KBB value and the "Presto Price" which holds throughout the car buying process. You're really getting the best rate for a very reliable car. Everyone I encountered throughly loved their job and cared about the customer-- the end result? The best customer service I've ever received. Needless to say, they've earned me as a customer for life.
