Great Experience

Paul Makarevich made leasing a 2015 Honda Civic an easy and enjoyable experience. The salesmen were very attentive but not over bearing.

I give this dealership an A1 rating. Knowledgeable, kind, not pushy, willing to work with you!! Would be a return customer any day!! Great Service!!!

Dedicated Staff! Great Customer Care!

I was in urgent need to replace my car and Larissa Stefano was so helpful and attentive, she communicated by email and phone frequently with me to keep me informed of the progress of obtaining my vehicle, she was very knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles, she has a great outgoing personality that puts the customer at ease, she was so helpful in explaining features of the CRV, When I went to get my new vehicle, everyone was friendly and courteous, the showroom and facilities were very pleasant, Valerie Villani of finance was great in explaining things, the team worked well together, they were very efficient in getting me ready to leave with my new CRV, I would recommend Preston Honda to others who want personalized, caring service without pressure tactics, and for a great selection of vehicles, This dealership runs a very good internet site that is kept updated.

Awesome Experience!

We had a wonderful time at Preston. We traveled an hour and a half to locate the car we wanted. I checked reviews before traveling and all reviews were wonderful. Once we were there, it felt like we were hanging out with old friends. They made us feel so comfortable and as if we were truly their top priority. They were so helpful with some paperwork hang ups and did not seem to mind that we kept them there well past 10pm. They listened to what we wanted, and did not try to hassle us for more. I would recommend them to anyone and I certainly would not mind driving an hour and a half again for the next vehicle!

Great Experience

My wife and I first came to visit Preston Honda on 7/19/15 and met with Kurt. He was extremely helpful and no-nonsense about the whole process. We didn't buy that day, but Kurt made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. I am a very detail-oriented person and have an analytical mind so having the price and general estimates was a great help. Kurt called us a few times to ensure we had everything that we needed and was always very friendly, helpful, and professional while refraining from extertion of pressure. We shopped around and eventually found our way back to Preston Honda. We got a great price on our gorgeous CR-V and quite frankly, we wanted to buy from Kurt. We made an appointment for Saturday, July 25th, but were regrettably unable to make it. We rescheduled for last night at 4:30 and didn't get there until 5:50 but Kurt and Bryan stuck around to help us out well past 7 o'clock to get us our new car. I will recommend Preston Honda to everyone!

I won't go anywhere else!

There really is not much to say! Since the first time we drove around the lot, we felt so welcome and so comfortable speaking to Kurt. He didn't make us feel nervous, he was so nice and very honest with us. We just sat down, told him what I needed and he made sure that he got me a car that not only I would love, but one he personally trusts and feels is realiable for me. He spoke to us like we were all friends and it was so easy to just talk. That was honestly my favorite part. I could've cried when I left because I didn't think I would meet such nice car salesmen that seemed to care so much. :) Paul was also such a great help and did whatever he could to accommodate our situation. He was very nice and it seemed like he knew just what to do if anything came up. Thank you guys so much because now I can safely drive to and from school everyday and be confident that I will get there in one piece. I will always go to Preston! I mean, they have donuts in their waiting area

Going to New Castle from Pittsburgh South

It was indeed a great experience and pleasure dealing with you when my son and I visited to purchase the car that I really wanted. There was no sales pitch or big talk from you about making the sale on that particular day. You were so determined to make sure that our questions were answered and worked so hard to please us. Your running around and extra effort made the whole process enjoyable and we are very happy with Preston organization.

Great experience buying my 2016 Honda Pilot

I recently bought a 2016 Honda Pilot from Preston. After having a horrible experience with another local dealership, I was thrilled to receive great customer service throughout the buying process at Preston. Mark Sanata was especially helpful before and after the sale, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Bryan Rodgers made the paperwork quick and painless, and Kurt Abraham checked in throughout to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. Best of all, I love my new car and am glad that I bought it at Preston.
